Sistema de abastecimiento y ejecución presupuestal en la Municipalidad Distrital de Huayllabamba-Urubamba-Cusco 2019

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación de Sistema de Abastecimiento y Ejecución Presupuestal en la Municipalidad Distrital de Huayllabamba-Urubamba-Cusco, tiene como objetivo general determinar el grado de relación entre el Sistema de Abastecimiento y la Ejecución Presupuestal en la mencionada entidad pública, abordando teorías relacionadas al Sistema de Abastecimiento y Ejecución Presupuestal. Esta investigación es de tipo básica aplicada, de enfoque cuantitativo, el alcance es correlacional y el diseño no experimental-transversal. La población estuvo conformada por 70 colaboradores de la municipalidad que incluye a los directivos y personal de todos los niveles jerárquicos, para medir la relación entre ambas variables y el comportamiento de las dimensiones e indicadores de cada versátil, la técnica que se utilizó fue el de la encuesta y el instrumento correspondiente el cuestionario; los resultados fueron procesados mediante el uso del software estadístico Excel y el instrumento estadístico Alfa Cronbach La conclusión general a la cual se llegó fue la siguiente: En la Municipalidad Distrital de Huayllabamba-Urubamba-Cusco se determinó que al 95% de confiabilidad con p = 0.000 < 0.05, en la prueba Chi Cuadrado, se afirma que el Sistema de Abastecimiento se relaciona con la ejecución, donde el grado de relación mediante la correlación de Spearman (rho) es = 0.333 es decir 33.3%, la misma que se puede considerar como una correlación positiva alta, hecho que nos permite aseverar en un concepto netamente técnico, que una gestión eficiente y eficaz de los procesos de abastecimientos que requieren las entidades municipales, permitirá a su vez atender las necesidades y requerimientos de las demás dependencias para el normal desenvolvimiento de sus actividades y asegurar la continuidad correcta de los procesos productivos con la Ejecución Presupuestal .

This research is of a basic applied type, with a quantitative approach, the scope is correlational and the design is not experimental-transversal. The population was made up of 70 collaborators from the municipality that includes managers and staff of all hierarchical levels, to measure the relationship between both variables and the behavior of the dimensions and indicators of each versatile, the technique used was that of the survey and the corresponding instrument, the questionnaire; the results were processed using the Excel statistical software and the Cronbach's Alpha statistical instrument. The general conclusion reached was the following: In the District Municipality of Huayllabamba-Urubamba-Cusco it was determined that at 95% reliability with p = 0.000 <0.05, in the Chi Square test, it is stated that the supply system It is related to the execution, where the degree of relation through the Spearman correlation (rho) is = 0.333, that is to say 33.3%, the same that can be considered as a high positive correlation, a fact that allows us to assert in a purely technical concept, that efficient and effective management of the supply processes required by municipal entities, will in turn allow meeting the needs and requirements of the other agencies for the normal development of their activities and ensuring the correct continuity of production processes in budget execution .
