dc.description.abstractLa investigación se desarrolló en los distritos de Acopia, Mosocllacta y Pomacanchi de la Provincia de Acomayo, con el fin de analizar, comparar y demostrar, cómo el proyecto “Mejoramiento de la vía de acceso al Circuito turístico cuatro lagunas tramo: Cebadapata – Chacamayo”, ha beneficiado en el desarrollo económico y social entre los años 2007 y 2018. por el mejoramiento de la vía de acceso. En este trabajo se usó la prueba estadística t de student, a una población de 1277 usando una muestra de 102, con el fin de comprobar la hipótesis general y las hipótesis específicas de esa manera cumpliendo con los objetivos planteados. Tal es que se obtuvo que en el distrito de Acopia se tuvo un incremento en el nivel de ingreso con un P valor = 0.000, en el Distrito de Mosocllacta se observa también un impacto positivo en cuanto a su nivel de ingreso con un P valor = 0.001, de igual manera en el Distrito de Pomacanchi se evidencia un impacto positivo en su nivel de ingreso con un P valor = 0.000, lo cual responde al objetivo específico 1 siendo la razón de la mejora en ingresos, la reducción de tiempo y costo de flete para la comercialización de productos agrícolas; En cuanto al ingreso mensual por turismo en el distrito de Acopia y Mosocllacta-- no genera ningún tipo de impacto, ya que la población indica que no existe actividad turística en sus distritos y/o no reciben ningún tipo de ingreso por esta actividad, por otro lado en el distrito de Pomacanchi el ingreso mensual por turismo no presenta diferencias estadísticamente significativas entre el años 2007 y el 2018 con un P valor = 0.083; en cuanto al pago por el servicio de saneamiento básico entre los años 2007 y 2018 se comprobó que en el distrito de Acopia no presenta diferencias estadísticamente significativas con un P valor = 0.397, el distrito de Mosocllacta de igual manera no presenta una gran variación estadística con un P valor = 0.643 y por último en el distrito de Pomacanchi si muestra una variación en cuanto al pago por el servicio de saneamiento básico entre los años 2007 y 2018 con un incremento de 0.87 soles y un P valor = 0.000. En cuanto a la percepción de más ingresos obtuvimos que el distrito de Acopia el 57.1% afirma que percibió más ingresos post construcción del mejoramiento de la carretera y un 42.9% indica que no, en Mosocllacta la población que si percibió más ingresos equivale a un 50% al igual que las personas que no percibieron con el otro 50%, en Pomacanchi el porcentaje de la población que si percibió más ingresos post mejoramiento de la carretera fue un 46.8% y los que no percibieron mayor ingreso un 53.2%. En sus actividades productivas, en Acopia se ha observado un incremento en el sector empleado que abarca comerciantes dependientes, independientes y servidores del estado con una variación porcentual de 7.1% en el año 2007 a 10.7% en el 2018; En el sector agricultura se mantuvo los porcentajes con un 60.7% en ambos periodos de tiempo, en el sector agricultura y ganadería hubo una disminución de 32.1% el 2007 a 28.6% el 2018; En el distrito de Mosocllacta de igual forma hubo un incremento en el sector empleado con una variación de 6.3% el 2007 a un 12.5% el 2018 y manteniéndose el sector agricultor con un 75% en ambos periodos de tiempo, de igual manera en Pomacanchi el sector empleado tuvo un incremento de 33.8% el 2007 y 37.7% el 2018, mientras que el sector agricultor bajo de 42.9% a 40.3%. En cuanto a la existencia de atractivos turísticos dentro de sus distritos afirman que, el distrito de Acopia 57.1% no considera la existencia de atractivos turísticos en su distrito, mientras que en Mosocllacta solo un 12.5% de la población no considera que tienen atractivos turísticos en su distrito y por ultimo Pomacanchi con un 62.3% no considera la existencia de atractivos turísticos en su distrito. De igual forma en su percepción de algún tipo de ingreso por turismo se tiene que en Acopia un 89.3% no recibe ningún tipo de ingreso gracias al turismo, Mosocllacta con un 81.3% de no percepción de ningún tipo de ingreso por turismo y Pomacanchi con un 70.1% de no beneficiarse con ningún tipo de ingreso por turismo. En los distritos de Acopia, Mosocllacta se ha incrementado a un 99% la cobertura de agua y desagüe sin ser necesariamente gracias al mejoramiento de la carretera tramo: Cebadapata – Chacamayo, si no por una buena gestión de las municipalidades distritales y de las Juntas administradoras de servicio y saneamiento (JASS), teniendo la problemática en los estándares de calidad de agua potable para el consumo humano. Por otro lado, la metodología usada en la investigación es de tipo descriptiva - correlacional, con un enfoque cuantitativo, y diseño no experimental - longitudinal.es_PE
