dc.description.abstractLa presente investigación titulada “ESTUDIO DE PRE FACTIBILIDAD PARA LA APERTURA DE LA PIZZERIA CHEZ MAGGY EN LA CIUDAD DE AREQUIPA PARA EL 2019”, tiene como objetivo, determinar como el estudio de pre factibilidad contribuye en la apertura de la pizzería Chez Maggy en la ciudad de Arequipa para el 2019, puesto que en la ciudad de Arequipa existe gran demanda de pizza, cada familia consume en promedio 2 pizzas al mes, sin embargo la oferta no llega cubrir toda la demanda de pizzas, al observar esta situación la investigación realiza la pre factibilidad técnica y económica para la apertura de la pizzería Chez Maggy en la ciudad del Arequipa, enfocado en dos puntos de la ciudad, el cercado de Arequipa y Yanahuara. La investigación tuvo una población de 54,172.00 personas del ámbito de estudio, con una muestra de 382 pobladores, de los cuales el 71.2% respondieron que consumen pizza, siendo 38,570 personas que si consumen pizza, los cuales serán la población potencial, se observa que el 32% de esta población, consume entre 2 a 3 pizzas, siendo 12,343 personas la población objetivo. En base al dicho mercado, se pudo identificar que la demanda de pizzas en las familias de la ciudad de Arequipa es de 74,944 pizzas para el 2019, creciendo para el 2023 de acuerdo al crecimiento poblacional 1,2% de la ciudad de Arequipa, por otro lado se identificó a los principales competidores de acuerdo a aquellas empresas que elaboran pizzas similares a las 8 pizzas que del proyecto, pudiendo identificarse que los principales competidores son la pizzería Express, Brunnos, Marengo, Presto y el Hornito, teniendo una oferta de 52,546.00 pizzas elaboradas en el 2019, la diferencia entre la demanda y la oferta permitió determina la brecha de mercado siendo 22,398 pizzas para el 2019 y para el 2023 unas 21,506 pizzas, disminuyendo cada año por que la oferta crece más rápido que la demanda.es_PE
dc.description.abstractThis research entitled “PRE FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR THE OPENING OF PIZZERIA“ CHEZ MAGGY “IN THE CITY OF AREQUIPA FOR 2019“, aims to determine how the pre- feasibility study contributes to the opening of the Chez Maggy pizzeria in the city of Arequipa for 2018, since in the city of Arequipa there is a great demand for pizza, each family consumes an average of 2 pizzas per month, however the supply does not cover all the demand for pizzas, when observing this situation the investigation performs the technical and economic pre-feasibility for the opening of the Chez Maggy pizzeria in the city of Arequipa, focused on two points of the city, the fencing of Arequipa and Yanahuara. The monumental zone of Yanahuara-Arequipa was chosen as the location point considering 16 factors, being the main factor due to the proximity to customers of class B and C, on the other hand, the size of the plant or the maximum production capacity is limited by ration size-personal being these 37,800 pizzas a year, however this production will cover 169% of unsatisfied demand, that is, it will have idle capacity, and will allow to cover the unforeseen demand. In 2019, only 26.1% of the project's capacity will be used, but in 2023 it will increase by 56.9% because with this production we will cover all the unsatisfied demand. Everything described above allowed to obtain as a result the Net Financial Present Value (S/. 226,703.54), the Internal Rate of Financial Return (115.06%), cost benefit ratio (7.35> 1) and a Recovery Period of 2 years, 5 months and 20 days.en_US
