El presente estudio de investigación tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación
entre el Empowerment y el Compromiso Organizacional en la financiera OH oficina
principal Cusco - 2019. Este estudio se delimitó conceptualmente de la siguiente forma: La
variable Empowerment y sus dimensiones: poder, motivación, liderazgo y desarrollo y la
variable Compromiso Organizacional con sus dimensiones: compromiso afectivo,
compromiso de permanencia y compromiso normativo; el tipo de investigación es básica,
el enfoque de investigación es cuantitativo, con un alcance correlacional de diseño no
experimental y transversal, su población estuvo constituida por el total de 32 colaboradores
y la recolección de datos se realizó a través de una encuesta. Los resultados en la financiera
OH oficina principal cusco confirman la hipótesis general, el cual indica que existe
relación estadísticamente entre el Empowerment y el compromiso organizacional con un
coeficiente de correlación de p=0.042 < 0.05, donde el nivel de asociación mediante la
correlación de Spearman es 0.568, equivalente a una relación significativa positiva. The objective of this research study was to determine the relationship between the
Empowerment and the Organizational Commitment in the financial office OH main office
Cusco - 2019. This study was conceptually delimited as follows: The Empowerment variable
and its dimensions: power, motivation, leadership and development and the variable
Organizational Commitment with its dimensions: affective commitment, permanence
commitment and regulatory commitment; The type of research is basic, the research approach
is quantitative, with a correlational scope of non-experimental and cross-sectional design, its
population was constituted by a total of 32 collaborators and the data collection was carried
out through a survey. The results in the financial OH main office in Cusco confirm the general
hypothesis, which indicates that there is a statistically relationship between the Empowerment
and the organizational commitment with a correlation coefficient of p = 0.042 <0.05, where
the level of association through Spearman's correlation it is 0.568, equivalent to a significant
positive relationship.
