Tesis intitulada “ESTILOS DE VIDA EN ESTUDIANTES DEL III AL VIII
SEMESTRE DE LA ESCUELA PROFESIONAL DE ENFERMERÍA DE LA
UNIVERSIDAD ANDINA DEL CUSCO – 2019”, objetivo fue determinar los
Estilos de Vida en estudiantes del III al VIII semestre de la Escuela Profesional
de Enfermería de la Universidad Andina del Cusco – 2019. Diseño metodológico
descriptivo, transversal, prospectivo; la población estuvo conformada por 85
estudiantes.
Los resultados: En cuanto a las características generales se tiene que 76.8% son
de sexo femenino, 68.1% tienen de 21 – 30 años, 40.6% están cursando entre
el 3er y 4to semestre, 75.4% son solteros, 68.1% son estudiantes. En cuanto a
los estilos de vida de los estudiantes en la dimensión biológica se tiene que el
33% consume carne de forma Interdiaria, 38% consume leche y derivados de
forma Interdiaria, 46% consume huevo de forma Interdiaria, 59% consume
carbohidratos de forma diaria, 39% consume frutas de forma Interdiario, 43%
consume verduras de forma diario, 32% consume líquidos de 1 a 3 vasos al día,
46% consume de vez en cuando comidas rápidas, 57% diariamente realiza la
higiene personal, 41% realiza su higiene bucal de 1 a 2 veces al día, 52%
siempre realiza lavado de manos, 30% tienen un descanso y sueño entre 06 a
08 horas a más, 28% de vez en cuando realiza actividades físicas. En cuanto a
la dimensión psicosocial se obtuvo que 33% de vez en cuando asiste a eventos,
41% de vez en cuando realiza actividades físicas, 41% de vez en cuando
consume alcohol, 48% de vez en cuando se automedica, 46% no consume
tabaco, 75% no consume drogas, 36% algunas veces tiene tensiones o
preocupaciones, 58% tiene de 1 – 2 parejas sexuales. Thesis entitled “LIFESTYLES IN STUDENTS FROM III TO VIII SEMESTER OF
THE NURSING PROFESSIONAL SCHOOL OF THE ANDEAN UNIVERSITY OF
CUSCO - 2019“, aimed to determine Lifestyles in students from the III to VII
semester of the nursing professional school of the Andean University of Cusco -
2019. The population was conformed by 85 students.
Regarding the general characteristics, 76.8% are female, 68.1% are 21 - 30 years
old, 40.6% are studying of 3rd and 4th semesters, 75.4% are single, 68.1% are
students. in terms of the lifestyles of students, 33% interday meat consumption,
38% Interday consumption of milk and derivatives, 46% interday egg
consumption, 59% consumption daily carbohydrates, 39% interday consumption
of fruits, 43% consumption daily vegetables, 32% consumption 1 to 3 glasses a
day liquid, 46% consumption fast meals from time to time, 57% perform their daily
personal hygiene, 41% perform 1 to 2 times a day their oral hygiene, 52% always
performs hand washing, 31% from 08 hours to rest and sleep, 28% from time to
time performs physical activities, 33% from time to time attends events, 41% from
time to time performs physical activities, 41% from Occasionally consumes
alcohol, 48% occasionally self-medicates, 46% does not use tobacco,75% does
not use drugs and 6% consumes daily, 36% sometimes have tensions or worries,
58% have 1 - 2 couples sexual
