Perfil personal y clínico de niños menores de 5 años con infección urinaria atendidos en el Centro de Salud Santa Ana, La Convención, Cusco - 2018

Abstract

El trabajo intitulado “PERFIL PERSONAL Y CLÍNICO DE NIÑOS MENORES DE 5 AÑOS CON INFECCIÓN URINARIA ATENDIDOS EN EL CENTRO DE SALUD SANTA ANA, LA CONVENCIÓN, CUSCO - 2018”. Cuyo objetivo fue Describir el perfil personal y clínico de los niños menores de 5 años con infección urinaria atendidos en el Centro de Salud Santa Ana, la Convención – Cusco 2018. El Diseño Metodológico: descriptivo, transversal, retrospectivo; la población estuvo conformada por 95 Historias Clínicas la muestra fue obtenida mediante la fórmula para poblaciones finitas, siendo esta de 76, el muestreo fue no probabilístico por conveniencia. La técnica observación. Los resultados: En cuanto al perfil personal de los niños menores de 3 años el 57.1% tiene de 3 a 5 años, 71.4% son de sexo femenino, 38.1% proceden del distrito de Quillabamba, 45.0% son hijos únicos, el 57.1% recibieron durante los primeros 6 meses lactancia materna exclusiva, 76.2% nacieron por parto eutócico, 85.7% nacieron en un establecimiento de salud, 66.7% de las madres tienen estudios secundarios, 81.0% refiere tener todos los servicios básicos y 52.4% tiene abastecimiento de agua tratada. Respecto al perfil clínico: el 71.4% fue atendido por consultorios externos, 90.5% de los niños no tienen antecedentes familiares de malformación congénita de vías urinarias, 80.0% tuvo como diagnóstico infección urinaria baja, 66.7% tuvo de 1 a 2 episodios de infección durante el año 2018, 85.7% presentó disuria, dolor a la exposición física, polaquiuria y malestar general, al 100% de los niños se les realizo la prueba rápida de orina teniendo como resultado positivo, 57.1% al test de grahan fue negativo, 33.3% recibió amoxicilina más paracetamol como tratamiento, 90.5% recibió el tratamiento por 5 a 7 días, el 52.4% cumplió el tratamiento.
