Relación de la anemia con el desarrollo psicomotor en los niños de 3 a 5 años de la Institución Educativa Inicial N° 556 San Felipe Pampaphalla ,Sicuani, Cusco 2017.

Abstract

El trabajo de investigación intitulado “RELACIÓN DE LA ANEMIA CON EL DESARROLLO PSICOMOTOR EN LOS NIÑOS DE 3 A 5 AÑOS DE LA INSTITUCIÓN EDUCATIVA INICIAL N° 556 SAN FELIPE PAMPAPHALLA, SICUANI, CUSCO 2017”, se realizó con el objetivo de determinar la relación entre la anemia con el desarrollo psicomotor en niños 3 - 5 años de la Institución Educativa Inicial 556 San Felipe Pampaphalla, Sicuani, Cusco 2017. Estudio de tipo correlacional, transversal, se utilizó como técnica la entrevista y la observación, con un total de 138 niños como muestra. Llegando a los siguientes resultados: de las características generales se observa que el 39,10% tienen 5 años de edad y el 62,30% son de sexo femenino, el 96,20% proceden de la comunidad de Pampaphalla, en cuanto a las madres el 38,40 % refiere tener edades entre 26 a 30 años, el 42,80 % de madres tiene estudio secundaria, el 48,60 % de madres percibe un ingreso de 500 a 700 soles, el 42,00 % de madres tienen un trabajo dependiente. Respecto al grado de Anemia se observa el 78% de los niños se encuentran con valores normales, y el 16 % de niños se encuentran con anemia leve y el 6 % con anemia moderada, en cuanto al desarrollo al desarrollo el 90.60% los niños son normales, déficit en el área de lenguaje 9.40 %. A la aplicación del estadígrafo Chi cuadrado, con p=0.00 donde p< 0.05, se afirma que si existe relación entre la Anemia con el Desarrollo Psicomotor por lo tanto se rechaza la hipótesis nula.

The investigation work entitle “RELACIÓN DE LA ANEMIA CON EL DESARROLLO PSICOMOTOR EN LOS NIÑOS DE 3 A 5 AÑOS DE LA INSTITUCIÓN EDUCATIVA INICIAL N° SAN FELIPE PAMPAPHALLA, SICUANI, CUSCO - 2017” was made with the objective of detemining the relation between anemia and psychomotor development in 3 - 4 years old children from the Preschool educational institution 556° San Felipe Pampaphalla, Sicuani, Cusco 2017. The study is from the correlational kind, transversa. The interview and the observation were the techniques used, with a simple of 138 children with the following characteristics: 39,10% are 5 years old; 62,30% are female; and 96,20% came from Pampaphalla comunity. Respect of the mothers, 38,40 % belong to the age rank between 26 - 30 years old; 42,80 % have studied high school; 48,60 % of the mothers have an entry about 500 - 700 nuevos soles; 42,00 % is a dependent worker. Getting to the following conclutions, respect to the anemia degree we observed 78% of the children have normal values; 16 % have a mild degree of anemia, and 6 % have moderated anemia. About the development, 90,60% of the children have a perfectly normal development, but 9.40 % of the same group presents a déficit in the linguistic área.. Procesing the data by applying the statician Chi square, with p=0.00 where p< 0.05, we afirm the exíst a relation between anemia and psychomotor development, therefore it rejects the null hipótesis..
