Plan de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para el proyecto ampliación de los servicios de agua potable y alcantarillado del sector de alto Qosqo-distrito San Sebastián – Cusco-2018.
Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación se desarrolló con el objetivo de elaborar un plan de seguridad
y salud en el trabajo para el proyecto: “AMPLIACIÓN DE LOS SERVICIOS DE AGUA
POTABLE Y ALCANTARILLADO DEL SECTOR DE ALTO QOSQO-DISTRITO SAN
SEBASTIAN – CUSCO-2018”.
El plan de seguridad y salud en el trabajo está elaborado de acuerdo al lineamiento de la norma G
050 (seguridad durante la construcción) y la ley 29783 (ley de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para
prevenir y cuidar la integridad de los trabajadores de todo riesgo a los que están expuestos. Para
ello se llevó a cabo un diagnóstico.
Donde se identificó los riesgos y peligros laborales en la ejecución del proyecto, para poder
establecer medidas de control y elaborar la documentación necesaria para el plan de seguridad
basado en la norma técnica G 050 (seguridad durante la construcción) y la ley N° 29783 (ley de
seguridad y salud en el trabajo) y controlar los niveles de riegos que puedan existir en cada
actividad, elaborando la Matriz IPER-C. y los PETS, PETAR, ATS, mapas de riesgo y plan
contingencia ante emergencias, políticas de seguridad, reglamento interno, cronograma de
actividad preventiva, y haciendo seguimiento a todas las actividades de alto riesgo como
excavaciones de zanjas. Trabajos en altura, trabajos en caliente. Con sus adecuados EPP`S para
cada actividad.
Finalizando la tesis se presentan las Conclusiones y Recomendaciones para una posible
implementación del plan de seguridad y salud en el trabajo en el proyecto: “AMPLIACIÓN DE
LOS SERVICIOS DE AGUA POTABLE Y ALCANTARILLADO DEL SECTOR DE ALTO
QOSQO-DISTRITO SAN SEBASTIAN – CUSCO-2018” The present research work was developed with the objective of elaborating a safety and health plan

The occupational safety and health plan is prepared in accordance with the guidelines of the G 050
standard (safety during construction) and law 29783 (occupational safety and health law to prevent
and protect the integrity of workers throughout risk to those who are exposed, for which a diagnosis
was carried out.
Where work risks and hazards were identified in the execution of the project, in order to establish
control measures and prepare the necessary documentation for the safety plan based on technical
