Costos de producción en la elaboración de embutidos y la fijación de precios en el mercado interno de la Cooperativa Agroindustrial Valle Sagrado Ltda – Agrovas, Calca – Cusco, periodo 2017.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación que lleva por título “COSTOS DE PRODUCCION EN LA ELABORACION DE EMBUTIDOS Y LA FIJACIÓN DE PRECIOS EN EL MERCADO INTERNO DE LA COOPERATIVA AGROINDUSTRIAL VALLE SAGRADO LTDA. – AGROVAS, CALCA – CUSCO, PERIODO 2017” tiene por objeto identificar los criterios que se emplean para determinar los costos de producción en la elaboración de embutidos, y establecer las implicancias en la fijación del precio en el mercado interno de la Cooperativa Agroindustrial Valle Sagrado Ltda. – Agrovas, Calca – Cusco, periodo 2017. El presente estudio tiene el siguiente alcance: Descriptivo, con diseño no experimental y enfoque cuantitativo. La población para el presente estudio, serán todos los embutidos elaborados en el área de producción de la Cooperativa Agroindustrial Valle Sagrado Ltda. Agrovas Calca – Cusco. La muestra para la investigación estará constituida por los embutidos que más demanda tienen en el mercado interno, esto en base a la entrevista al jefe del área de producción de la cooperativa, resultando la muestra de tipo no probabilístico. El presente estudio consta de cinco capítulos: El capítulo I introducción, está orientado a la descripción y formulación del problema, la justificación, objetivos generales y específicos. El capítulo II Marco teórico, encierra: Antecedentes de la investigación, bases teóricas, hipótesis y variables. El capítulo III método de investigación el cual engloba la metodología usada, las técnicas, población y muestra del estudio. El capítulo IV Resultados que contiene: Tablas y Gráficos con las respectivas interpretaciones. El capítulo V discusión, que contiene: descripción de los hallazgos más relevantes, limitaciones del estudio, comparación crítica con la literatura existente, implicancias del estudio. Con la propuesta de la hoja de costos, se determina de manera técnica los costos de producción en el que incurre la Cooperativa Agrovas, para una correcta fijación de precios.

This research work entitled “COSTS OF PRODUCTION IN THE PREPARATION OF SAUSAGES AND THE FIXATION OF PRICES IN THE INTERNAL MARKET OF THE AGROINDUSTRIAL COOPERATIVA VALLE SAGRADO LTDA. - AGROVAS, CALCA - CUSCO, PERIOD 2017 “aims to identify the criteria used to determine the costs of production in the production of sausages, and establish the implications in setting the price in the domestic market of the Cooperativa Agroindustrial Valle Sacred Ltda. - Agrovas, Calca - Cusco, 2017 period. The present study has the following scope: Descriptive, with non-experimental design and quantitative approach. The population for the present study, will be all the sausages made in the production area of the Cooperativa Agroindustrial Valle Sagrado Ltda. Agrovas Calca - Cusco. The sample for the investigation will be constituted by the sausages that have more demand in the domestic market, this based on the interview to the head of the Production area of the Cooperative, resulting in the sample of non-probabilistic type. The present study consists of five chapters: Chapter I introduction, is oriented to the description and formulation of the problem, the justification, general and specific objectives. Chapter II Theoretical framework, contains: Background of the research, theoretical bases, hypotheses and variables. Chapter III research method which includes the methodology used, the techniques, population and sample of the study. Chapter IV Results that it contains: Tables and Graphs with the respective interpretations. Chapter V discussion, which contains: description of the most relevant findings, limitations of the study, critical comparison with the existing literature, implications of the study. With the proposal of the cost sheet, the production costs incurred by the Agrovas Cooperative are determined in a technical manner, for a correct pricing.
