dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo identificar el nivel de estrés laboral en los conductores, y como dichos niveles difieren o no de acuerdo al grupo etario, estado civil, tiempo de labor, grado de instrucción de los conductores y según las empresas prestadoras de servicio. El enfoque del presente estudio es cuantitativo cuyo alcance de investigación es descriptivo y de diseño no experimental de corte transversal. La muestra estuvo conformada por 78 conductores que pertenecen a la Empresa de Transportes Nueva Chasca y El Dorado. Para el análisis de los resultados obtenidos se utilizó estadística descriptiva simple, t de student y ANOVA. La conclusión obtenida de la presente investigación en forma general es el 42,3% de los conductores de las empresas de transporte público urbano que formaron parte del estudio presentan nivel moderado de estrés laboral y el 39,7% tienen nivel alto de estrés laboral por lo que se puede afirmar que los conductores tienen comportamientos siniestros durante la conducción, asimismo se halló que no existe diferencia significativa en la presencia de niveles de estrés laboral en los conductores en cuanto a edad, grado de instrucción, tiempo de labor y estado civil, no obstante la presencia del nivel de estrés laboral difiere significativamente en las empresas prestadoras de servicio.es_PE
dc.description.abstractThis research paper entitled “Occupational stress in drivers of public transport companies in the city of CUSCO with high accidents, 2016“ whose objective is to identify the level of occupational stress in drivers, and how these levels differ Or not according to the age group, marital status, working time, degree of instruction of the drivers and according to the companies providing service. The focus of the present study is quantitative, whose type of research is descriptive comparative and nonexperimental cross-sectional design, the sample was formed by 78 drivers belonging to the new E.T. Nueva Chaska and E.T. El Dorado. Simple descriptive statistics, student T and ANOVA were used for the analysis of the results obtained. The conclusion obtained from this research in general form is, 42.3% of the drivers of urban public transport companies that were part of the study present moderate level of occupational stress, and 39.7% have high level of occupational stress so that it can be said that drivers have sinister behaviors while driving, It was also found that there is no significant difference in the presence of levels of occupational stress in drivers in terms of age, degree of instruction, time of work and marital status, however the presence of the level of occupational stress differs significantly In the service provider companies.en_US
