Nivel de satisfacción sobre el cuidado de enfermería en madres de neonatos hospitalizados en el Servicio de Pediatría C del Hospital Regional del Cusco, 2018.

Abstract

La Tesis intitulada NIVEL DE SATISFACCIÓN SOBRE EL CUIDADO DE ENFERMERÍA EN MADRES DE NEONATOS HOSPITALIZADOS EN EL SERVICIO DE PEDIATRÍA C DEL HOSPITAL REGIONAL DEL CUSCO, 2018. Objetivo: Determinar el nivel de satisfacción sobre el cuidado de enfermería en madres de neonatos hospitalizados en el servicio de pediatría C del Hospital Regional del Cusco, 2018. Diseño: descriptivo transversal, la población estuvo conformada por 40 madres de neonatos hospitalizados en el servicio de Pediatría C del Hospital Regional del Cusco. Conclusiones: sobre el nivel de satisfacción el 72,5% de las madres tiene satisfacción media, 17,5% tiene satisfacción baja por último, 10% de las madres tiene una satisfacción alta. Características generales las madres de19 a 36 años de edad con un 80%, la procedencia de las madres en su mayoría proviene del sector urbano 70%, en relación al grado de instrucción que presentan las madres es de nivel secundario que fue 55%, los días de estadía en el hospital del neonato en promedio es de 1 a 6 días 79% con neonatos de 1 a 14 días de nacidos con un 65%. En cuanto a las dimensiones: la dimensión Técnico científico las madres están medianamente satisfechas, seguido de las que tienen una alta satisfacción con un 13%.y en la dimensión humana el 72,5% se encuentra medianamente satisfecha, seguido de las madres con una satisfacción baja 17.5% y por último en la dimensión entorno el 62.5% se encuentra medianamente satisfechas, seguido del 25% con una satisfacción baja.

Thesis entitled “LEVEL OF SATISFACTION ABOUT NURSING CARE NEONATOS MOTHERSIN PATIENT IN THE PEDIATRIC SERVICE OF REGIONAL HOSPITAL, 2018. Objective: To determine the level of satisfaction with nursing care in mothers of neonates hospitalized in the pediatric service C of the Regional Hospital del Cusco, 2018.

Goal: to determine the level of satisfaction about nursing care on neonates mothers in patient in the pediatric service of Hospital Regional del Cusco, 2018.

Design: descriptive-traverse, the population was shape by forty neonates mothers in patient in the Pediatrics C service Regional Hospital del Cusco, 2018.

Conclusion: over the level of satisfaction. 72,5% of neonates mothers have average satisfaction; 17,5% neonates mothers have low satisfaction, and finally 10% of mothers have a high satisfaction.

General Characteristics: Mothers from 19 to 36 years of age with the 80% of them. The origin of the majority mothers come from the urban sector. 70%, in relation to the level of education that mothers presented is high school that was 55% the days of study in the neonates hospital on average is from one to six days and 79% with neonates from one to fourteen days of births with 65%.

About the dimensions: the scientific technical dimension mothers are moderately satisfied, followed by those who have satisfaction with 13% and in the humane dimension, 72.5% they found them self partly satisfied, followed by mothers with a low satisfaction, 17.5% and finally around the dimension 62.5% they found then self partly satisfied followed by 25% low satisfaction.
