El presente trabajo de investigación intitulada “FACTORES DE RIESGO DEL
EMBARAZO ECTÓPICO EN MUJERES ATENDIDAS DE ENERO 2016 A
AGOSTO 2017 EN EL SERVICIO DE GINECOLOGÍA DEL HOSPITAL
MISERICORDIOSO - QUILLABAMBA, 2017”, El objetivo fue Determinar los
factores de riesgo del embarazo ectópico en mujeres atendidas de Enero 2016 a
Agosto 2017 en el servicio de Ginecología del Hospital Misericordioso Quillabamba,
2017; con diseño metodológico descriptivo de corte transversal y
retrospectivo. Llegando a lo siguiente: Donde el75%de las mujeres atendidas con
Embarazo Ectópico tienen edades entre 19 a35años, 73.6%son convivientes,
62.5%tienengrado de instrucción secundaria, 50%provienen de Santa Ana,
55.6%son amas de casa. Sobre los Factores asociados al embarazo ectópico un
59.7%tuvieron cesaría, 61.1%tuvieron cirugía abdominal, 86.1%no tuvieron
aspiración manual endouterina, 83.3%no se realizaron legrado uterino, 80.6%no
tuvieron enfermedad pélvica inflamatoria, 86.1%no usan dispositivo intrauterino,
70.8% tienen edad de inicio de sus relaciones sexuales entre 16 a 20 años,
48.6% tienen1 sola pareja, 90.3%no tuvieron antecedente de embarazo ectópico,
37.5% tienen de 1 a 2 parto. The present research work entitled “RISK FACTORS OF ECTÓPIC
PREGNANCY IN WOMEN ASSISTED FROM JANUARY 2016 TO AUGUST 2017
IN THE GYNECOLOGY SERVICE OF MISERICORDIOUS HOSPITAL -
QUILLABAMBA, 2017“, The objective was to determine the risk factors of ectopic
pregnancy in women attended from January 2016 to August 2017 in the
gynecology service of the Misericordioso Hospital - Quillabamba, 2017 with
descriptive methodological design of cross section, retrospective. Arriving at the
following: Where 75% of women treated with Ectopic Pregnancy are between 19
and 35 years old, 73.6% are cohabitants, 62.5% have a secondary education
degree, 50% come from Santa Ana, and 55.6% are housewives. Regarding the
factors associated with ectopic pregnancy, 59.7% had cesarean, 61.1% had
abdominal surgery, 86.1% had no manual vacuum aspiration, 83.3% had no
uterine curettage, 80.6% had no pelvic inflammatory disease, 86.1% did not use an
IUD. , 70.8% have an age of onset of sexual intercourse between 16 to 20 years,
48.6% have 1 single partner, 90.3% had no history of ectopic pregnancy, and 37.5% have 1 to 2 births.
