Nivel de conocimientos sobre medidas preventivas de cáncer de mama en mujeres que acuden al consultorio de ginecología, Hospital Regional del Cusco-2017.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación intitulada “NIVEL DE CONOCIMIENTOS SOBRE MEDIDAS PREVENTIVAS DE CÁNCER DE MAMA EN MUJERES QUE ACUDEN AL CONSULTORIO DE GINECOLOGÍA, HOSPITAL REGIONAL DEL CUSCO-2017” tuvo por objetivo determinar el Nivel de Conocimientos sobre Medidas Preventivas de cáncer de mama en mujeres que acuden al Consultorio de Ginecología, Hospital Regional del Cusco-2017. El diseño fue de tipo Descriptivo Transversal, se utilizó como técnica la entrevista e instrumento la encuesta la población de estudio estuvo conformada por 86 mujeres. Concluyendo que, en cuanto a las características generales de las mujeres que acuden al consultorio de Ginecología del Hospital Regional del Cusco se encontró un 39.5% las edades entre 30 a 39 años y el 25.6% son de 40 a más años. La zona de residencia el 56% es de la zona urbana y un 44% de la zona rural. En relación al estado civil un 45.3% de las mujeres son convivientes y el 26.7% son casadas. Por cuanto a la cantidad de hijos un 36.0% tienen entre 1 a 2 hijos y un 15.1% tienen de 6 a más hijos. En relación a la ocupación un 36.0% de las mujeres tienen un trabajo independiente por otro lado el 11.6% se dedican a otras actividades. El nivel de estudios un 44.2% hicieron la secundaria y el 10.5% son universitarios. En relación al nivel de idioma que hablan un 72.1% hablan el idioma quecha y castellano paralelamente y un 5.8% que hablan solo el quechua. Sobre el nivel de conocimientos del cáncer de mama en mujeres que acuden al consultorio de Ginecología del Hospital Regional del Cusco el 53.5% el nivel de conocimiento es malo un 29.1% mientras el 17.4% tienen un nivel de conocimiento regular.

The present research work entitled “LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE ON PREVENTIVE MEASURES OF BREAST CANCER IN WOMEN GOING TO THE GYNECOLOGY OFFICE, CUSCO-2017 REGIONAL HOSPITAL“ had the objective of determining the Level of Knowledge on Preventive Measures of breast cancer in women who attend the Gynecology Clinic, Regional Hospital of Cusco-2017. The design was of Descriptive Transversal type, was used as technical interview and instrument the survey the study population was confirmed by 86 women. Concluding that, in terms of the general characteristics of women attending the Gynecology clinic of the Regional Hospital of Cusco, 39.5% were found between 30 and 39 years of age and 25.6% were between 40 and over. The area of residence 56% is of the urban area and 44% of the rural area. Regarding marital status, 45.3% of the women are cohabiting and 26.7% are married. As for the number of children 36.0% have between 1 to 2 children and 15.1% have 6 to more children. In relation to the occupation, 36.0% of the women have an independent job. On the other hand, 11.6% are engaged in other activities. The level of studies 44.2% did the secondary and 10.5% were university students. In relation to the level of language they speak 72.1% speak the language Quecha and Castilian in parallel and 5.8% speak only Quechua. On the level of knowledge of breast cancer in women attending the Gynecology clinic of the Regional Hospital of Cusco 53.5% the level of knowledge is bad 29.1% while 17.4% have a level of regular knowledge.
