dc.description.abstractTesis intitulada “Relatos fenomenológico del autocuidado que determinan la calidad de vida de los pacientes sometidos a hemodiálisis del Hospital Antonio Lorena Cusco-2018”. El objetivo fue: Describir los relatos fenomenológicos del autocuidado que determinan la calidad de vida de los pacientes sometidos a hemodiálisis del Hospital Antonio Lorena, Cusco 2018. El diseño metodológico fue de carácter cualitativo, la población estuvo constituida por 49 pacientes asistentes a terapia de hemodiálisis de los que se eligieron 15 pacientes aleatoriamente; utilizándose como instrumento, una guía de preguntas abiertas; como técnica, la entrevista a profundidad; y para registrar las expresiones vertidas por los pacientes una grabadora. Conclusión: Sobre el “autocuidado en pacientes sometidos a hemodiálisis ” se obtuvo diferentes opiniones donde el nivel de conocimientos es regular los pacientes no están orientados correctamente sobre el autocuidado en sus diferentes dimensiones, la familia, los amigos el trabajo y circulo amical se ve afectado por los cambios que impone la enfermedad , refieren que el estar enfermos les limita a muchas actividades y relaciones interpersonales , se presenció que los pacientes se encuentran en un estado anímico y psicológico inadecuado muchos de ellos se encuentran en depresión , desesperación, preocupación tales que impiden el afrontamiento de la enfermedad ,la mayoría de los pacientes cuenta con apoyo por sus familiares o cuidadores quienes están implicados en el desarrollo de la enfermedad y los cambios que impone en su vida, los pacientes se sienten incomodos en sus relaciones familiares sintiéndose como una carga para ellos, algunos familiares y cuidadores manifestaron cansancio por tenerlos a cargo.es_PE
dc.description.abstractThesis entitled “Phenomenological stories of self-care that determine the quality of life of patients in a hemodialysis at the Antonio Hospital Lorena Cusco-2018“. The objective was to: Describe the phenomenological accounts of self-care thatdetermine the quality of life of patients undergoing hemodialysis at the Hospital Antonio Lorena, Cusco 2018. The methodological design was qualitative, the population consisted of 49 patients attending hemodialysis therapy of which 15 patients were randomly chosen; using as a tool, a guide of open questions; as a technique, the in-depth interview; and to record the expressions expressed by patients a recorder. Conclusion: On “self-care in patients undergoing hemodialysis“ different opinions were obtained where the level of knowledge is regular, the patients are not correctly oriented about self-care in its different dimensions, the family, friends, work and circle amical is affected by the changes that the disease imposes, they refer that being sick limits them to many activities and interpersonal relationships.witnessed that patients are in an inadequate psychological and psychological state many of them are in depression, despair, concern that prevent the disease, most patients have support by their relatives or caregivers who are involved in the development of the disease and the changes it imposes on their lives, patients feel uncomfortable in their family relationships feeling like a burden to them, some relatives and caregivers expressed fatigue for having them in charge.en_US
