Nivel de conocimientos sobre responsabilidades éticas y legales del ejercicio de la profesión, en internos de enfermería - Universidad Andina del Cusco, 2018.

Abstract

La tesis intitulado “NIVEL DE CONOCIMIENTOS SOBRE RESPONSABILIDADES ÉTICAS Y LEGALES DEL EJERCICIO DE LA PROFESIÓN EN INTERNOS DE ENFERMERÍA - UNIVERSIDAD ANDINA DEL CUSCO, 2018”. Cuyo objetivo fue determinar el nivel de conocimiento sobre responsabilidades éticas y legales del ejercicio de la profesión en internos de Enfermería de la Universidad Andina del Cusco, 2018. De diseño metodológico descriptivo, transversal, la población muestral estuvo conformada por 30 internos de la Escuela Profesional de Enfermería el muestreo fue no probabilístico por conveniencia. La técnica utilizada fue la entrevista. Respecto al nivel de conocimientos sobre la definición de ética el 76% respondió correctamente,64% respondió incorrectamente respecto a los principios éticos de la Enfermeria,79% respondió correctamente sobre la conducta ética en Enfermería, 67% respondió correctamente respecto a los componentes primordiales del sistema de valores irrenunciables de toda Enfermería, 83% conoce cuales son los principios que establece el derecho a la salud, 72% conoce cuál es la definición del principio de beneficencia, 87% conoce cuales son las funciones de Enfermería. Respecto al nivel de conocimientos sobre responsabilidades legales el 53% desconoce cuál es la ley de salud, 52% desconoce cuál es la ley del trabajo en Enfermería, 56% conoce cuales son las responsabilidades legales en el ejercicio de la profesión,51% respondió incorrectamente sobre el concepto de responsabilidad penal, 81% respondió incorrectamente sobre las faltas y sanciones que considera el código de ética y deontología, 54% respondió correctamente sobre cuáles son las formas de culpa según la ley, 77% conoce sobre el consentimiento informado, 57% respondió correctamente sobre la no aplicabilidad del consentimiento informado, 61% conoce cuales on los requisitos para el ejercicio de la profesión, 83% desconoce cuál es la definición de impericia, en conclusión el 41% tiene un conocimiento regular, 36% bueno y 23% un conocimiento malo.
