Relación entre el nivel de conocimiento y la actitud frente al tratamiento en pacientes de la estrategia sanitaria de tuberculosis. Centro de Salud Huepetuhe, Manu. Madre de Dios – 2017.

Abstract

El trabajo de investigación intitulado: “RELACIÓN ENTRE EL NIVEL DE CONOCIMIENTO Y LA ACTITUD FRENTE AL TRATAMIENTO EN PACIENTES DE LA ESTRATEGIA SANITARIA DE TUBERCULOSIS. CENTRO DE SALUD HUEPETUHE, MANU. MADRE DE DIOS – 2017”, tuvo como objetivo: Determinar la relación que existe entre el nivel de conocimiento obre tuberculosis pulmonar y la actitud frente al tratamiento en pacientes de la estrategia sanitaria de tuberculosis del Centro de Salud Huepetuhe, Manu. Madre de Dios – 2017. Se aplicó: estudio descriptivo, correlacional ytransversal. Llegando a los resultados: 40,70% de pacientes tiene de 30 a 45 años, el 61% de pacientes es del sexo masculino, 39% de pacientes afirma que no tiene ningún nivel de instrucción y primaria, respectivamente, el 42,30% de pacientes es conviviente, 40,70% es obrero y labora en la actividad minera, 35,60% de pacientes refiere que procede de la zona andina de la región del Cusco. Los pacientes presentaron 52,50% de nivel de conocimientos medio y el 18,60% presenta nivel alto. 57,60% de pacientes presenta una actitud de indiferencia frente al tratamiento antituberculoso y solo un 16,90% tienen actitud de aceptación. Se concluye que no existe relación (p= 0,114) entre el nivel de conocimiento sobre tuberculosis pulmonar y la actitud frente al tratamiento en pacientes de la estrategia sanitaria de tuberculosis del Centro de Salud Huepetuhe, no probándose la hipótesis de la investigación. Reaching the results: 40,70% of patients 30 to 45 years, 61% of patients is male, 39% of patients said that it does not have any level of instruction and primary, respectively, 42,30% of patients is partner, 40,70% is labor, and he works in the activity mining, 35.60% of patients referred from the Andean zone of Cusco region. The patients presented 52.50% of mid-level knowledge and 18.60% presented high level. 57,60% of patients show an attitude of indifference to the TB treatment and only 16.90% have attitude of acceptance.
