La informalidad del régimen laboral y la rentabilidad de la Empresa de servicio de transporte urbano de pasajeros “Señor de Huerto S.A.” del distrito de Sicuani – Cusco, periodo 2017.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación intitulado: “LA INFORMALIDAD DEL RÉGIMEN LABORAL Y LA RENTABILIDAD DE LA EMPRESA DE SERVICIO DE TRANSPORTE URBANO DE PASAJEROS “SEÑOR DE HUERTO S.A.” DEL DISTRITO DE SICUANI – CUSCO, PERIODO 2017” desarrollado en el Distrito de Sicuani – Cusco, tiene por objeto determinar en qué medida la práctica de la informalidad del régimen laboral, afecta a la rentabilidad de la empresa de servicio de transporte urbano de pasajeros Señor del Huerto S.A. del distrito de Sicuani – Cusco periodo 2017. Esta investigación desarrolla las variables de informalidad del régimen laboral y la rentabilidad en la empresa de servicio de transporte urbano de pasajeros Señor del Huerto S.A. en donde abunda la informalidad laboral de los conductores y cobradores, los cuales no se encuentran en planilla, la falta de formalización hace que la empresa de servicios no sea reconocida y tenga riesgos de ser sancionada por parte de la SUNAFIL, la SUNAT y otras entidades del Estado las cuales fiscalizan a estas empresas. El método utilizado ha sido el siguiente: Tipo de investigación aplicada y/o práctica tiene por objetivo la generación de conocimiento con aplicación directa y a mediano plazo en la sociedad; es de diseño no experimental porque no se manipulan las variables; tiene un enfoque cuantitativo, en razón que para su desarrollo se apoyará en verdaderas estadísticas ya conocidas a fin de ser aplicados en el análisis de la informalidad laboral y rentabilidad en la Empresa de Transportes Señor del Huerto S.A. del distrito de Sicuani – Cusco periodo 2017. Se concluye que la informalidad laboral afecta a la rentabilidad de la empresa de forma que los trabajadores laboran sin ningún beneficio social, a pesar de tener conocimiento sobre el tema, otro efecto por la cual la empresa no tiene mucha rentabilidad es debido a que las empresas fiscalizadoras ya antes mencionadas impusieron las respectivas multas y sanciones a la empresa, por ende la empresa efectivamente tiene que formalizar a sus trabajadores, para que todos los conductores y cobradores estén en planilla y gocen de estos beneficios.

The present investigation work entitled: “THE INFORMALITY OF THE LABOR REGIME AND THE PROFITABILITY OF THE COMPANY OF SERVICE OF URBAN TRANSPORTATION OF PASSENGERS“ SEÑOR DE HUERTO SA “OF THE DISTRICT OF SICUANI - CUSCO, PERIOD 2017“ developed in the District of Sicuani - Cusco , aims to determine to what extent the practice of informality in the labor regime affects the profitability of the urban passenger transport service company Señor del Huerto SA of the Sicuani district - Cusco period 2017.

This research develops the informality variables of the labor regime and profitability in the urban passenger transport service company Señor del Huerto S.A. where labor informality of drivers and collectors abounds, which are not in payroll, the lack of formalization means that the service company is not recognized and has risks of being sanctioned by SUNAFIL, SUNAT and other entities of the State which supervise these companies.

design because the variables are not manipulated; it has a quantitative approach, because for its development it will be supported by real statistics already known in order to be applied in the analysis of labor informality and profitability in the Transport Company Señor del Huerto S.A. of the Sicuani district - Cusco period 2017.

It is concluded that labor informality affects the profitability of the company so that workers work without any insurance or social benefit, despite having knowledge about the subject, another effect for which the company does not have much profitability is because The aforementioned inspection companies imposed the respective fines and sanctions on the company, therefore the company must formalize its workers, so that all drivers and collectors are on the payroll and enjoy these benefits.
