Propuesta de responsabilidad social empresarial con la norma ISO 26000 en el entorno de la represa Sibinacocha: empresa de generación eléctrica Machupicchu S.A., Cusco, 2017.

Abstract

La presente investigación “PROPUESTA DE RESPONSABILIDAD SOCIAL EMPRESARIAL CON LA NORMA ISO 26000 EN EL ENTORNO DE LA REPRESA SIBINACOCHA: EMPRESA DE GENERACIÓN ELÉCTRICA MACHUPICCHU S.A., CUSCO, 2017”, tiene como objetivo realizar una propuesta de Responsabilidad Social Empresarial cuya estrategia se basa en un análisis de la aplicación de la Norma Internacional ISO 26000, en el entorno de la represa Sibinacocha, el estudio se centra en el cumplimiento de RSE que debe tener y hacer todo tipo de empresa u organización pública o privada En la presente investigación de RSE se detalla el Desempeño de la responsabilidad social por parte de EGEMSA y la Percepción por parte de la Población de la Comunidad de Phinaya. Por lo tanto, la presente investigación se clasifica como aplicada porque busca fortalecer la gestión de la empresa a un largo plazo, estableciendo un nivel de investigación descriptivo bajo un diseño no experimental. El trabajo de campo se realizó en la Comunidad de Phinaya en el entorno de la represa Sibinacocha. De la muestra aplicada No probabilística – Por conveniencia, se ha encuestado a cincuenta y un personas entre dirigentes comunales, autoridades locales y pobladores. Los resultados de la propuesta de Responsabilidad Social Empresarial con la norma ISO 26000 se basan en programas de desarrollo sostenible mediante actividades de campañas de salud, capacitación, sensibilización, monitoreo ambiental, contribuciones para el desarrollo económico y social de la Comunidad.

The present investigation “PROPOSAL OF CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY WITH THE ISO 26000 STANDARD IN THE ENVIRONMENT OF THE SIBINACOCHA REPRESENTATIVE: ELECTRICITY GENERATION COMPANY MACHUPICCHU SA, CUSCO, 2017“, aims to make a proposal of Corporate Social Responsibility whose strategy is based on a analysis of the application of the International Standard ISO 26000, in the environment of the Sibinacocha dam, the study focuses on the CSR compliance that must have and make any type of company or public or private organization. In the present CSR research, the performance of social responsibility by EGEMSA and the Perception by the Population of the Phinaya Community are detailed. Therefore, this research is classified as applied because it seeks to strengthen the management of the company in the long term, establishing a level of descriptive research under a non-experimental design. The field work was carried out in the Community of Phinaya in the vicinity of the Sibinacocha dam. From the sample applied Non-probabilistic - For convenience, fifty-one people have been surveyed among community leaders, local authorities and residents. The results of the Corporate Social Responsibility proposal with the ISO 26000 standard are based on sustainable development programs through health campaign activities, training, awareness, environmental monitoring, and contributions for the economic and social development of the Community.
