Gestión de almacén en el supermercado Super Sol S.A.C en la ciudad del Cusco – 2017.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo describir la gestión de almacén en el Supermercado Súper Sol. El problema de investigación está referido a la interrogante ¿Cómo es la gestión de almacén en el Supermercado Súper Sol S.A.C en la ciudad del Cusco-2017?, siendo la variable de estudio: Gestión de almacén con las dimensiones: recepción, almacenamiento, movimiento y tratamiento de la información de mercadería. La investigación es de tipo básica, el nivel, descriptivo, diseño no experimental; la población de estudio estuvo conformada por 25 trabajadores ; se usaron como técnicas de investigación : La encuesta y la Observación; para la encuesta se aplicaron cuestionarios al total de la población ; para la técnica de observación se aplicó como instrumento la ficha de observación. De acuerdo a resultados de la investigación se determinó que la gestión de almacén en el Supermercado Súper Sol S.A.C en la ciudad del Cusco-2017, no es ni inadecuada ni adecuada, con un promedio de 3.4 según la escala de medición determinada para el presente estudio, lo cual evidencia que en la gestión de almacén del Supermercado Súper Sol existen aspectos que deben ser mejorados como se aprecia en los resultados generales de las dimensiones que son: Recepción de mercadería de nivel adecuado con un promedio de 3.64, almacenamiento de mercadería de nivel ni inadecuado ni adecuado con un promedio de 3.08, movimiento de mercadería de nivel adecuado con un promedio 3.73 y finalmente el tratamiento de la información de mercadería de nivel ni inadecuado ni adecuado con un promedio de 3.39 según la escala de medición establecida.

The present research work takes as a target to describe the store management in the Supermarket the Super Sun. The problem of investigation is recounted to the following question: How is the store management in the Supermarket the Super Sun S. A. C in the city of the Cusco-2017?, being the study variable: Store management with the dimensions: reception, storage, movement and treatment of the information of merchandise. The investigation is of type basic, the level, descriptively, not experimental design; the study population was shaped by 25 workers; the investigation skills were used: The survey and the Observation: for the survey questionnaires were applied to the whole of the population; for the observation skill it was applied as I arrange the observation card. In accordance with results of the investigation one determined that the store management in the Supermarket the Super Sun S. A. C in the city of the Cusco-2017, is neither inadequate nor suitable, with an average of 3. 4 according to the scale of measurement determined for the present study, which demonstrates that in the management of store of the Supermarket there exist the Super Sun aspects that must be improved as it is appreciated in the general results of the dimensions that are: Reception of merchandise of level adapted with an average of 3. 64, storage of level merchandise neither inadequate nor adapted with an average of 3. 08, movement of merchandise of level adapted with an average 3. 73 and finally the treatment of the information of level merchandise neither inadequate nor adapted with an average of 3. 39 according to the scale of established measurement.
