Abstract

TÍTULO.- Nivel de satisfacción desde la percepción de madres de niños menores de 5 años que acuden al Servicio de Crecimiento y Desarrollo, Centro de Salud Chinchero–Cusco 2018 OBJETIVO GENERAL.- Determinar el nivel de satisfacción desde la percepción de las madres de niños menores de 5 años que acuden al Servicio de Crecimiento y Desarrollo, Centro de Salud Chinchero–Cusco 2018 DISEÑO METODÓLOGICO.-Fue descriptivo, transversal.La población estuvo conformada por 205 madres, obteniendo una muestra de 132 madres de niños menores de 5 años que acudieron al Centro de Salud Chinchero. RESULTADO.-Con respecto a las características generales de las madres, el 80% tienen edades de 19 a 36 años, el 69% tiene nivel secundario, el 68% proceden de comunidades campesinas, el 72% habla castellano y quechua, el 55% son ama de casa y el 56% de los niños tienen 2 años. El 74% de las madres considera regular la infraestructura, el 72% siempre están disponibles las historias clínicas, el 69% el ambiente de espera es regular, el 63% siempre cuentan con equipos y materiales necesarios ,el 59 % siempre tienen tiempo necesario para preguntar dudas e inquietudes, el 55 % a veces respetan la hora de su cita , el 63% el tiempo de espera es regular, el 77% tiempo de permanencia en el consultorio es regular, el 68% de las madres percibieron que siempre les explican sobre el estado nutricional, el 63% madres percibieron que siempre les explica sobre los cuidados en el hogar ,el 52% siempre se interesan por conocer problemas y necesidades, el 55 % a veces les brindan comodidad en la atención, el 61 % siempre les inspira confianza, el 62 % siempre brindar seguridad, el 68 % siempre respetan la privacidad, el 68 % siempre les tratan con amabilidad y respeto , el 60 % siempre les tratan con paciencia ,el 67% siempre explica con palabras sencillas y entienden, así mismo se puede concluir que el nivel de satisfacción de las madres es un 51 % tienen nivel de satisfacción completa, un 45 % tienen nivel de satisfacción intermedia y solo un % tienen insatisfacción.

RESULT.- Regarding the general characteristics of the mothers, 80% have ages from 19 to 36 years, 69% have secondary level, 68% come from peasant communities, 72% speak Spanish and Quechua, 55% are ama house and 56% of children are 2 years old.74% of mothers consider regular infrastructure, 72% are always available medical records, 69% waiting environment is regular, 63% always have equipment and materials needed, 59% always have time needed to ask questions and concerns, 55% sometimes respect the time of your appointment, 63% of the waiting time is regular, 77% of the time spent in the clinic is regular, 68% of mothers perceived that they always explain their nutritional status, 63% mothers perceived that they always explained about care at home, 52% are always interested in knowing problems and needs, 55% sometimes provide comfort in their care, 61% always inspires confidence, 62% always provide security, 68% always respect privacy, 68% always treat them with kindness and respect, 60% always treat them with patience, 67% always explain with simple words and understand, likewise you can conclude that the level of satisfaction of the mothers is 51% have complete satisfaction level, 45% have intermediate satisfaction level and only one% have dissatisfaction.
