Regulación del comercio ambulatorio y su impacto en el ordenamiento territorial urbano en el distrito de Cusco, 2017.

Abstract

La presente investigación pretende determinar el impacto que tiene la regulación del comercio ambulatorio en el ordenamiento territorial urbano del distrito del Cusco, identificando las causas y consecuencias que proviene de esta actividad. La tesis se enfocó en los ciudadanos del distrito de Cusco, debido a que diariamente se percibe la presencia de comerciantes ambulantes que ofrecen productos desde golosinas, emoliente y quinua con manzana, lustra calzados, venta de periódicos, revistas, artesanías, ropa, helados, fruta, accesorios, alimentos al paso, entre otros. El comercio ambulatorio influye significativamente en el ordenamiento territorial urbano generando un impacto negativo a la imagen urbana. El objetivo de investigación es determinar cuanto afecta el comercio ambulatorio al ordenamiento territorial urbano y qué medidas estratégicas se están tomando para frenar sus consecuencias. La metodología que se utilizó fue la investigación descriptiva, tomando como instrumento de recolección de datos las encuestas. Mediante ellas se detectó que las medidas tomadas para el control del comercio ambulatorio son ineficientes y escasas, causando caos y desorden de la ciudad generando grandes consecuencias en el bienestar de la población. La constatación empírica de la investigación y la opinión de los ciudadanos fueron clave para formular propuestas de solución al problema del comercio ambulatorio, proyectos como la estimulación de la inversión privada, creación de nuevos puestos de trabajo y mejora del sistema educativo, con el fin de favorecer el acondicionamiento urbano de la ciudad y por consiguiente la calidad de vida de sus pobladores

The present investigation intends to determine the impact that the regulation of ambulatory trade has on the urban territorial ordering of the district of Cusco, identifying the causes and consequences that come from this activity. The thesis focused on the citizens of the district of Cusco, due to the daily presence of itinerant traders who offer products from sweets, emollient and quinoa with apple, shoes shine, sale of newspapers, magazines, crafts, clothing, ice cream, fruit, accessories, food at the pace, among others. The ambulatory trade has a significant influence on the urban territorial ordering, generating a negative impact on the urban image. The objective of the research is to determine how much the ambulatory trade affects the urban territorial ordering and what strategic measures are being taken to stop its consequences. The methodology used was descriptive research, taking the surveys as a data collection tool. Through them, it was detected that the measures taken to control ambulatory trade are inefficient and scarce, causing chaos and disorder in the city, generating great consequences for the well-being of the population. The empirical verification of the investigation and the opinion of the citizens were key to formulate proposals of solution to the problem of the ambulatory trade, projects like the stimulation of the private investment, creation of new jobs and improvement of the educative system, with the purpose of favor the urban conditioning of the city and consequently the quality of life of its inhabitants.
