Diseño de un sistema de gestión de calidad basado en la Norma Iso 9001:2015, en el proceso de hospitalización para la Clínica Pardo E.I.R.L 2017.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación “DISEÑO DE UN SISTEMA DE GESTIÓN DE CALIDAD BASADO EN LA NORMA ISO 9001:2015, EN EL PROCESO DE HOSPITALIZACIÓN PARA LA CLÍNICA PARDO E.I.R.L – 2017”, tiene como objetivo principal presentar el diseño de un sistema de gestión de la calidad en el proceso de hospitalización para la Clínica Pardo. Para el diseño del sistema de gestión de calidad basado en la norma ISO 9001:2015 en el proceso de hospitalización para la Clínica Pardo se desarrollaron los siguientes capítulos. Inicialmente en el Capítulo I denominado descripción del problema, se procedió a describir el problema de nuestra investigación, la formulación, los objetivos, justificación y delimitación de nuestra investigación. En este Capítulo II denominado marco teórico, introdujimos los antecedentes internacionales, nacionales y locales para la investigación, la base teórica científica que dio soporte a nuestra investigación, un marco conceptual y las variables e indicadores. En este Capítulo III denominado diseño metodológico, se identificó el tipo de investigación, nivel de investigación, método de investigación, enfoque de la investigación, diseño de la investigación, la población y muestra de la investigación y las técnicas e instrumentos utilizados en la investigación. En este Capítulo IV denominado información de la empresa y diagnóstico del sistema de gestión de la calidad describimos la información de la empresa como, la razón social, ubicación geográfica, estructura organizacional, así como el diagnostico situacional del sistema de gestión de la calidad. En este Capítulo V denominado diseño del sistema de gestión de la calidad de desarrolla las etapas para el diseño del sistema de gestión de calidad, teniendo como Etapa I el Programa para el diseño del sistema de gestión de la calidad, Etapa II diagnóstico del sistema de gestión de calidad y Etapa III diseño del sistema de gestión de la calidad donde en esta etapa se desarrolló el manual de calidad. Así como también se da a conocer los resultados de la investigación.

The present research work “DESIGN OF A SYSTEM OF QUALITY MANAGEMENT BASED ON THE ISO 9001: 2015 NORM, IN THE HOSPITALIZATION PROCESS FOR THE PARDO EIRL CLINIC - 2017“, has as main objective to present the design of a management system of quality in the hospitalization process for the Pardo Clinic. For the design of the quality management system based on the ISO 9001: 2015 standard in the hospitalization process for the Pardo Clinic, the following chapters were developed. Initially in Chapter I called description of the problem, we proceeded to describe the problem of our research, the formulation, the objectives, justification and delimitation of our research. In this Chapter II called theoretical framework, we introduced the international, national and local backgrounds for research, the scientific theoretical basis that supported our research, a conceptual framework and the variables and indicators. In this Chapter III called methodological design, the type of research, level of research, research method, research approach, research design, population and sample of research and the techniques and instruments used in research were identified. In this Chapter IV called company information and diagnosis of the quality management system, we describe the information of the company as the company name, geographical location, organizational structure, as well as the situational diagnosis of the quality management system. In this Chapter V called design of the quality management system develops the stages for the design of the quality management system, having as Stage I the Program for the design of the quality management system, Stage II diagnosis of the system of quality management and Stage III design of the quality management system where the quality manual was developed at this stage. As well as the results of the investigation are made known.
