Gestión del turismo vivencial para el bienestar social de los pobladores de la comunidad de Patabamba del distrito de Coya, Calca – 2017.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación intitulada “GESTIÓN DEL TURISMO VIVENCIAL PARA EL BIENESTAR SOCIAL DE LOS POBLADORES DE LA COMUNIDAD DE PATABAMBA DEL DISTRITO DE COYA, CALCA – 2017” tiene como objetivo principal Determinar de qué manera la gestión del Turismo Vivencial influye en el Bienestar Social de los pobladores de la comunidad de Patabamba del distrito de Coya, Calca – 2017. Metodología: La presente investigación es de tipo correlacional porque se conoció la relación o grado de asociación que existe entre la Gestión del Turismo Vivencial y el Bienestar Social que este genera, en un contexto particular, presenta un diseño no experimental porque no se manipularán las variables, es decir, no se propiciaron cambios intencionales en las variables, de corte transversal. La población en estudio, está constituida por 206 pobladores de la Comunidad Andina de Patabamba que tendrá como muestra a 60 pobladores, uso de encuestas para la recolección de los datos. Resultados: Se determinó que el 100% de los pobladores encuestados de la comunidad de Patabamba están de acuerdo en practicar el Turismo Vivencial en la comunidad, el 75% de los pobladores encuestados de la comunidad de Patabamba brinda los servicios para realizar el Turismo Vivencial, así mismo se determinó que el 100% de los pobladores encuestados de la comunidad de Patabamba considera que el Turismo Vivencial ayuda en la economía de la comunidad. Conclusiones: De los datos obtenidos en el presente trabajo de investigación según la percepciónde la mayoría de los pobladores encuestados afirmaron estar de acuerdo con la gestión del Turismo Vivencial de la comunidad, esto se debe a que los pobladores no logran cubrir en su totalidad los servicios básicos en las viviendas utilizadas para la actividad turística, algunosfactores se centran en la carencia de una instrucción educativa adecuada, se logra desarrollar un mantenimiento parcial de las viviendas y de los servicios básicos para poder fortalecer el turismovivencial la comunidad cuenta con una entidad privada la cual contribuye económicamente en el desarrollo de las actividades turísticas en la zona.

The present investigation work entitled “MANAGEMENT OF THE LIVING TOURISM FOR THE SOCIAL WELFARE OF THE POPULATORS OF THE COMMUNITY OF PATABAMBA OF THE DISTRICT OF COYA, CALCA - 2017“ has like main objective To determine in what way the management of the Living Tourism influences in the Social Welfare of the residents of the community of Patabamba in the district of Coya, Calca - 2017. Methodology: The present investigation is of correlation type because it was known the relationship or degree of association that exists between the Management of Experiential Tourism and the Social Welfare that this generates, in a particular context, it presents a non-experimental design because the variables will not be manipulated, that is, no intentional changes were made in the variables, of a transversal nature. The population under study is constituted by 206 inhabitants of the Andean Community of Patabamba that will have as sample to 60 settlers, use of surveys for the collection of the data. Results: It was determined that 100% of the surveyed inhabitants of the community of Patabamba agree to practice Experiential Tourism in the community, 75% of the surveyed inhabitants of the community of Patabamba provide the services to carry out the Experiential ourism, Likewise, it was determined that 100% of the surveyed inhabitants of the community of Patabamba consider that Living Tourism helps in the economy of the community. Conclusions: From the data obtained in this research work, according to the perception of the majority of the surveyed inhabitants, they affirmed that they agree with the management of the Living Tourism of the community, this is due to the fact that the inhabitants do not manage toully cover the basic services in the houses used for tourism, some factors are focused on the lack of adequate educational instruction, it is possible to develop a partial maintenance of housing and basic services in order to strengthen the tourism experience the community has an entity private which contributes economically in the development of tourist activities in the area.
