Relación entre el conocimiento y práctica sobre cuidados post vacunal en madres de niños menores de 1 año que acuden al puesto de Salud Huarocondo - Cusco 2018.

Abstract

El estudio “RELACIÓN ENTRE EL CONOCIMIENTO Y PRÁCTICA SOBRE CUIDADOS POST VACUNAL EN MADRES DE NIÑOS MENORES DE 1 AÑOS QUE ACUDEN AL PUESTO DE SALUD HUAROCONDO – CUSCO 2018” cuyo objetivo fue determinar la relación entre el Conocimiento y práctica sobre cuidados post vacunal en madres de niños menores de 1 año que acuden al Puesto de Salud Huarocondo - Cusco 2018. El estudio fue de tipo descriptivo, transversal y correlacional. La población estuvo conformada por 75 madres que acudieron al Puesto de Salud Huarocondo. Del estudio se obtuvo que el 34,7% tienen entre 19 a 25 años de edad, 34,7% tienen estudios primarios, 64,0 % tiene entre 1 a 2 hijos, 45,3% viven en la zona rural, 76, 0% de las madres hablan quechua y castellano, 70,7% no trabajan, 65,3% son convivientes; 82,7% de las madres tiene un conocimiento malo, 10,7% presentan un conocimiento regular y 5,7% tiene un conocimiento bueno; 92% de las madres tiene una práctica inadecuada y 8% tiene una práctica adecuada. El nivel de relación hallado entre las variables es positiva indicando que existe una relación positiva alta entre el conocimiento y la práctica sobre cuidados post vacunal en madres de niños menores de 1 año que acuden al puesto de salud Huarocondo al 95% de confianza.

The study “RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE KNOWLEDGE AND PRACTICE ON POST-VACCINAL CARE IN MOTHERS OF CHILDREN UNDER 1 YEARS OF AGE AT HUAROCONDO HEALTH POST - CUSCO 2018“ whose objective was to determine the relationship between knowledge and practice about postvaccine care in mothers of children under 1 year of age who attend the Huarocondo Health Post - Cusco 2018. The study was descriptive, crosssectional and correlational. The population consisted of 75 mothers who attended the Huarocondo Health Post. The study found that 34.7% are between 19 and 25 years of age, 34.7% have primary education, 64.0% have between 1 and 2 children, 45.3% live in rural areas, 76, 0% of mothers speak Quechua and Spanish, 70.7% do not work, 65.3% live together; 82.7% of mothers have bad knowledge, 10.7% have regular knowledge and 5.7% have good knowledge; 92% of mothers have an inadequate practice and 8% have an adequate practice. The level of relationship found between the variables is positive, indicating that there is a high positive relationship between knowledge and practice about post-vaccine care in mothers of children under 1 year of age who attend the Huarocondo health post at 95% confidence.
