Nivel de resiliencia en pacientes con insuficiencia renal crónica que asisten al Hospital Antonio Lorena Cusco – 2017.

Abstract

El presente estudio de investigación intitulado “NIVEL DE RESILIENCIA EN PACIENTES CON INSUFICIENCIA RENAL CRÓNICA QUE ASISTEN AL HOSPITAL ANTONIO LORENA CUSCO - 2017” tuvo por objetivo determinar el nivel de resiliencia en pacientes con Insuficiencia Renal Crónica que asisten al Hospital Antonio Lorena Cusco – 2017, fue un estudio descriptivo, transversal; la muestra estuvo conformada por 40 pacientes, se empleó la técnica de la entrevista, se aplicó 2 instrumentos, para identificar las características y nivel de resiliencia según la escala de Wagnild y Young. Entre los resultados más significativos se tiene que: respecto a las características generales el 50% de los pacientes tienen de 30 a 55 años edad, el 55% de la muestra son de sexo masculinos, el 42% tienen estudios secundarios, el 85% tienen otro tipo de trabajos, el 50% de los pacientes tienen otras procedencias, el 38% son de estado civil Conviviente, el 53%, hablan el Idioma Español o castellano, En cuanto a la resiliencia en pacientes con insuficiencia renal crónica se tiene que: los pacientes macaron el ítem 3, (en desacuerdo) la gran mayoría. Con respecto al nivel de resiliencia el 80% de la muestra tiene bajo nivel de resiliencia.
