Calidad de servicio de taxistas independientes del aeropuerto Alejandro Velasco Astete y formación de imagen Cusco del turista, 2016.

Abstract

En el turismo es esencial el medio de trasporte, ya que estos permiten trasportar a los visitantes a los diferentes atractivos turísticos. En el aeropuerto Alejandro Velasco Astete se ha determinado la relación que existe entre la calidad de servicios de los taxistas independientes y la formación de la imagen. El objetivo del presente trabajo se centra en medir la calidad de servicio que ofrecen los taxistas independientes del aeropuerto Alejandro Velasco Astete a los turistas extranjeros que arriban en periodo 2016, y como repercute este servicio la formación de la primera imagen del Cusco. El tipo de investigación es cualitativo y el nivel es descriptivo, se realiza una breve revisión teórica sobre la calidad de servicios, teoría del trasporte y la satisfacción del servicio, utilizando un tipo de estudio cualitativa, nivel descriptivo; la población está conformada por los turistas extranjeros que utilizaron el servicio de taxi del aeropuerto del Cusco a hoteles de tres estrellas. Las técnicas utilizadas para la recopilación de datos fueron la observación, la entrevista y encuesta; para el procesamiento y análisis de datos se utilizó la el programa excel y cuadros estadísticos. Llegándose a encontrar relaciones directas entre el servicio de taxistas independientes y la formación de la primera imagen Cusco en los turistas extranjeros en el recorrido del aeropuerto Alejandro Velasco Astete a hoteles de tres estrellas.

In tourism, the mode of transportation is crucial since this allows us to move and connect visitors to the different tourist attractions and as well as other places of interest. In the airport, Alejandro Velasco Astete has been determined the relationship that exists between the quality of services offered by independent taxi drivers and the formation of the image. The present research work focuses on measuring the quality of service offered by independent taxi drivers of the airport Alejandro Velasco Astete to the foreign tourists that arrive in the city of Cusco during the period of 2016, and how this service has repercussions on the formation of the main image of the city of Cusco. The type of research is qualitative, and the level is descriptive, a brief theoretical review was carried out on the quality of services, the transportation theory, and the service satisfaction. For these, we used a qualitative study type and a descriptive level. The population is comprised of foreign tourists who used the taxi service from Cusco airport to the three-star hotels in 2016. The techniques used for data collection were observation, interview, and survey. Additionally, for the processing and analysis of data, the Microsoft Excel program and statistical tables were used. Thus, we could find the direct relations between the independent taxi service provided to the foreign tourists who traveled the route of the airport Alejandro Velasco Astete, to the three-star hotels mentioned above and the formation of the main image of the city of Cusco.
