Prácticas y actitudes frente al cuidado del recién nacido en madres adolescentes que acuden al centro de salud de Calca, Cusco – 2017.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación intitulado “Prácticas y actitudes frente al cuidado del recién nacido en madres adolescentes que acuden al Centro de Salud, de Calca, Cusco - 2017” se realizó con el objetivo de identificar las prácticas y actitudes frente al cuidado del recién nacido en madres adolescentes que acuden al Centro de Salud de Calca, Cusco – 2017. La metodología empleada fue de tipo descriptivo y transversal cuya población muestral estuvo conformada por 40 madres adolescentes de recién nacidos que acuden al Centro de Salud de Calca. La técnica utilizada fue la entrevista y el instrumento la encuesta. Las resultados obtenidos son: dentro de las características generales de las madres adolescentes que acuden al Centro de Salud de Calca, Cusco; se encontró un 62.5% de madres adolescentes tienen una edad de 14-16 años, el 55% viven en calca, el 52.5% habla castellano, en el grado de instrucción que predomina en un 60% es secundaria incompleta, un 87.5% son conviviente, el 67.5 % son cristianas y el 75% son amas de casa. Respecto a las prácticas de las madres adolescentes frente al cuidado del recién nacido. El resultado concluye así: el 70 % de las madres adolescentes aplican regular práctica, el 30 % buena práctica. Respecto a las actitudes de las madres adolescentes frente al cuidado del recién nacido tenemos los siguientes resultados: el 75 % de las madres adolescentes muestra actitud de indiferencia, mientras que el 5 % muestra actitud de rechazo.

The research work entitled “practices and attitudes against the care of the newborn in adolescent mothers who come to the center of health, of Calca, Cusco - 2017“ was carried out with the purpose of identifying the practices and attitudes in front of the care of the newly born in adolescent mothers who come to the center of health of Calca, Cusco - 2017. The methodology used was of a descriptive and cross whose sample population was conformed by 40 adolescent mothers of newborns who come to the health center of Calca. The technique used was the interview and the instrument the survey. The results obtained are: within the general characteristics of the adolescent mothers who come to the center of health of Calca, Cusco. 62.5% of adolescent mothers have found to be 14-16 years old, 55% live the same Calca ,52.5% speak Spanish, in the degree of instruction that predominates by 60% is incomplete secondary, an 87.5% are conviving , 67.5% are Christian and 75% are households . With regard to the practices of adolescent mothers Front of the care of the newborn the result concludes this: 70% of adolescent mothers apply regular practice, 30% good practice. With regard to the attitude of adolescent mother’s front of the care of the newborn we have the following results: 75% of adolescent mothers show attitude of indifference and only 5% show attitude of rejection.
