Asociaciones deportivas de futbol profesional y sus implicancias administrativas económicas y tributarias caso: ADFP Club Cienciano del Cusco periodo - 2016.

Abstract

La presente tesis intitulada ASOCIACIONES DEPORTIVAS DE FUTBOL PROFESIONAL Y LAS IMPLICANCIAS ADMINISTRATIVAS, ECONOMICAS Y TRIBUTARIAS CASO: ADFP CLUB CIENCIANO DEL CUSCO PERIODO – 2016, tiene por objetivo determinar las Determinar qué implicancias administrativas, económicas y tributarias tiene las Asociaciones Deportivas de Futbol Profesional, caso A.D.F.P. Club Cienciano del Cusco periodo 2016. Para ello se utiliza como unidad de análisis a la A.D.F.P. Club Cienciano, ya que es la A.D.F.P. con más reconocimiento en nuestra ciudad. La variable Implicancias Administrativas, Económicas y Tributarias, permite hacer una evaluación del estado actual de dicha A.D.F.P. El presente estudio consta de cinco capítulos: - El capítulo I: Introducción, contiene el planteamiento del problema, la formulación del problema, los objetivos de la investigación, la justificación de la investigación y la delimitación de la investigación. - El capítulo II: Marco Teórico, contiene los antecedentes de la investigación, las bases legales, bases teóricas, marco conceptual, la formulación de la hipótesis y la variable e indicadores. - El capítulo III: Método de Investigación, contiene el tipo de investigación, el enfoque de la investigación, diseño de la investigación, alcance de la investigación, población y muestra, las técnicas de recolección de datos u el procesamiento de datos. - El capítulo IV: Resultado de la Investigación, contiene tablas y graficas con sus respectivas interpretaciones. El capítulo V: Discusión, contiene las descripciones los hallazgos más relevantes y significativos, las limitaciones del estudio, la comparación critica con la literatura actual y las implicancias del estudio. La población está constituida por los trabajadores del área administrativa de la A.D.F.P. Club Cienciano en un numero de 11, resultando la muestra de tipo probabilística y la variable Implicancias Administrativas, Económicas y Tributarias, permite hacer una evaluación del estado actual de dicha A.D.F.P. Las conclusiones evidencian los objetivos planteados en toda la investigación es así que la conclusión principal a que se ha arribado en la presente investigación es como sigue: La mala administración anterior en la ADFP Club Cienciano la dejo en un mal estado, tal es así que del total de los trabajadores nuevos solo el 9.09% piensa que la administración anterior dejo un trabajo aceptable en lo que concierne a lo administrativo, económico y tributario. Siendo así no aprovechado todo el potencial económico que puede dar la A.D.F.P. Esas malas prácticas tanto administrativas como económicas en general orientan a los contribuyentes a que no se cumplan con sus obligaciones tributarias, por la escasa cultura tributaria de las administraciones temporales; por lo que Sunat debería brindar un poco más de información en la que respecta a la tributación de entidades deportivas.Palabras clave - Implicancias Administrativas, Económicas y Tributarias: Son aquellas englobadas dentro de la relación jurídico-tributaria, que surge como consecuencia de la aplicación de los tributos. Si se incumple la obligación tributaria, viene la sanción tributaria.

This thesis entitled SPORTS FOOTBALL SPORTS ASSOCIATIONS AND ADMINISTRATIVE, ECONOMIC AND TAX IMPLICATIONS CASE: ADFP CLUB CIENCIANO DEL PERUODO - 2016, aims to determine the administrative, economic and tax implications of the Professional Soccer Sports Associations, ADFP Club Cienciano del Cusco period 2016. For this purpose, the A.D.F.P. Club Cienciano, since it is A.D.F.P. with more recognition in our city. The variable Administrative, Economic and Tax Implications, allows making an evaluation of the current state of said A.D.F.P. The present study consists of five chapters: Chapter I: Introduction contains the approach to the problem, the formulation of the problem, the objectives of the research, the justification of the research and the delimitation of the research. Chapter II: Theoretical Framework contains the background of the research, the legal bases, theoretical bases, and conceptual framework, the formulation of the hypothesis and the variable and indicators. Chapter III: Research Method, contains the type of research, the focus of the research, the design of the research, the scope of the research, the population and the sample, the data collection techniques and the data processing. Chapter IV: Result of the Research, contains tables and graphs with their respective interpretations. Chapter V: Discussion contains the descriptions of the most relevant and significant findings, the limitations of the study, the critical comparison with the current literature and the implications of the study. The population is constituted by the workers of the administrative area of the A.D.F.P. Club Cienciano in a number of 11, resulting in the sample of probabilistic type and the variable Administrative, Economic and Tax Implications, allows to make an evaluation of the current state of said A.D.F.P. The conclusions show the objectives raised throughout the investigation is so that the main conclusion reached in the present investigation is as follows: • Previous mismanagement in the ADFP Club Cienciano left it in a bad state, so much so that of the total of new workers, only 9.09% think that the previous administration left an acceptable job regarding the administrative, economic and tax. This being so, the entire economic potential that the A.D.F.P. These bad practices, both administrative and economic in general, guide taxpayers to not comply with their tax obligations, due to the limited tax culture of temporary administrations; so Sunat should provide a little more information regarding the taxation of sports entities.
