El sistema integrado de administración financiera (SIAF-SP) y el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores administrativos del Hospital Santa Rosa de Puerto Maldonado-2017.

Abstract

Esta investigación establece la relación del Sistema Integrado de Administración Financiera (SIAF - SP) y el Desempeño Laboral en los trabajadores administrativos del Hospital Santa Rosa de Puerto Maldonado – 2017, conteniendo: planteamiento del problema, marco teórico, metodología, resultados y conclusiones de la Investigación. La orientación de la investigación es proponer al Gobierno una iniciativa de evaluar porque el personal administrativo del Hospital Santa Rosa de Puerto Maldonado no está cumpliendo con sus obligaciones laborales. La investigación es de tipo Mixta con énfasis Cuantitativo–Correlacional. Empleamos el cuestionario como instrumento, las cuales estuvieron aprobados por juicio de experto y el estadístico alfa de Pearson consiguiendo un índice de 0,849 para el instrumento Sistema Integrado de Administración Financiera (SIAF - SP) y 0,807 para el Desempeño Laboral, demostrándose una alta fiabilidad del instrumento. La población y muestra, fue conformada por todo el personal de las áreas correspondientes al sistema financiero que hacen un total de 48 trabajadores del Hospital Santa Rosa de Puerto Maldonado. Se determinó la presencia una correspondencia reveladora de las variables estudiadas, alcanzando un coeficiente de correlación de Pearson de 0.523, lo que equivale una correlación positiva media. El desarrollo de este trabajo responde la hipótesis proyectada: si existe relación entre el Sistema Integrado de Administración Financiera y el Desempeño Laboral del personal administrativos del Hospital Santa Rosa de Puerto Maldonado – 2017.

This research establishes the relationship of the Integrated System of Financial Administration (SIAF - SP) and the Labor Performance in the administrative workers of the Hospital Santa Rosa of Puerto Maldonado - 2017, containing: statement of the problem, theoretical framework, methodology, results and conclusions of the Investigation. The orientation of the investigation is to propose to the Government an initiative to evaluate why the administrative staff of Santa Rosa Hospital in Puerto Maldonado is not fulfilling its labor obligations. The research is of Mixed type with Quantitative-Correlational emphasis. We used the questionnaire as an instrument, which were approved by expert judgment and the Pearson alpha statistic, obtaining an index of 0.849 for the Integrated Financial Management System (SIAF - SP) and 0.807 for Labor Performance, demonstrating a high reliability of the instrument. The population and sample was formed by all the personnel of the areas corresponding to the financial system that make a total of 48 workers of the Santa Rosa Hospital in Puerto Maldonado. The presence was determined by a revealing correspondence of the variables studied, reaching a Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.523, which is equivalent to a mean positive correlation. The development of this work responds to the projected hypothesis: if there is a relationship between the Integrated System of Financial Administration and the Labor Performance of the administrative personnel of Santa Rosa Hospital in Puerto Maldonado - 2017.
