Nivel de conocimiento sobre inmunización y manejo de las reacciones post vacunales en madres de niños (as) menores de 5 años atendidos en el puesto de salud Huyro - La convención, Cusco 2017.

Abstract

El presenté trabajo intitulado “NIVEL DE CONOCIMIENTO SOBRE LAS INMUNIZACIONES Y MANEJO DE LAS REACCIONES POST VACÚNALES EN MADRES DE NIÑOS (AS) MENORES DE 5 AÑOS ATENDIDOS EN EL PUESTO DE SALUD HUYRO - LA CONVENCIÓN - CUSCO - 2017”. El objetivo fue Evaluar el nivel de conocimientos sobre las inmunizaciones y manejo frente a reacciones post vacúnales en madres de niños (as) menores de 5 años atendidos en el Puesto de Salud Huyro, El diseño metodológico que se utilizó en el presente trabajo de investigación fue fue de tipo descriptivo y transversal, con una muestra de 110 madres. La técnica utilizada fue la entrevista y el instrumento fue una encuesta. Por ser la población limitada se consideró a todos como parte de la muestra para el presente estudio. Las conclusiones fueron: Entre los resultados se obtuvo: 50% de las madres entrevistadas tienen de 25 a 35 años, 46% son madres convivientes, 42% son de la comunidad Zorapata, 52% tienen instrucción de secundaria, 51% hablan quechua y castellano, 38% de las madres tienen de 4 a más hijos, 54% son amas de casa y 8% zona agricultoras. Asimismo se halló que 48% tienen un conocimiento regular sobre la inmunización, 43% tienen un conocimiento bueno y solo 9% tienen un conocimiento malo al respecto., de igual forma solo el 54% de las madres tienen un manejo adecuado frente a las reacciones post vacunación mientras que 46% de las madres no tienen un manejo adecuado.

It was also found that 48% have a regular knowledge about immunization, 43% have good knowledge and only 9% have a bad knowledge about it, in the same way only 54% of mothers have an adequate management against the reactions post vaccination while 46% of mothers do not have adequate management.
