Liderazgo pedagógico y clima organizacional en la Institución Educativa "Daniel Estrada Pérez" de Santo Tomás-Chumbivilcas 2015-2016.

Abstract

El desarrollo de la presente investigación tuvo como objetivo describir la relación del liderazgo pedagógico y el clima organizacional en la Institución Educativa “Daniel Estrada Pérez” de Santo Tomás –Chumbivilcas. El tipo de investigación es el básico, diseño no experimental y de corte transversal. Los datos estadísticos que sustentan la presente investigación se obtuvieron procesando los resultados del cuestionario aplicado para cada variable de estudio y baremados en una población y muestra de 55 personas constituidas por todo el personal directivo, docente y administrativo de la Institución Educativa “Daniel Estrada Pérez” del distrito de Santo Tomás, provincia de Chumbivilcas. La selección de la muestra se realizó mediante la técnica del muestreo no probabilístico e intencionado, por el tamaño de la población y decisión del investigador. Con los resultados de esta investigación, se concluye que sí existe correlación significativa entre las variables liderazgo pedagógico y clima organizacional en la Institución Educativa “Daniel Estrada Pérez” de Santo Tomas - Chumbivilcas. Ello queda demostrado estadísticamente, en la tabla N° 16, donde se observa que el valor de Chi cuadrado obtenido es mayor que el chi cuadrado crítico o teórico, es decir que el chi experimental = 23.751>chi crítico = 9.49, indicando que existe una relación significativa entre las variables de estudio, así mismo el p-valor determinado = 0.000, es mucho menor que el valor de 0 = 0.05, (nivel de significancia) valor que confirma y valida estadísticamente la hipótesis del investigador.

The development of this research aimed to determine the influence of educational leadership in the organizational climate at the educational institution “Daniel Estrada Pérez“ Santo Tomas - Chumbivilcas. The type of research is the Basic, non-Experimental design and cross-section. Statistical data supporting this research were processing the results of the questionnaire applied to each study variable and scaled in a population and sample of 55 people consisting of all the managerial staff, teaching and administration of the institution educational “Daniel Estrada Pérez“ in the District of St. Thomas, province of Chumbivilcas, has been using the technique of sampling non-probability and intentional, by the size of the population and decision of the investigator. With the results of this research, it concludes that there is a existing significant correlation between the variable leadership pedagogical and the variable climate organizational, in the institution educational “Daniel Estrada Perez“ of Holy Tomas-Chumbivilcas. It is statistically shown, in the table N ° 16, where it is observed that retrieved Chi-square value is greater than the critical Chi-square or theoretical, it is to say that the experimental chi = 23.751 > critical chi = 9.49, indicating that there is a significant relationship between the variables of study, also the particular p-value = 0.000, it is much less than the value of (= 0.05, (level of significance) value that confirms and valids statistically the hypothesis of the research.
