Nivel de calidad de información en el módulo de atención turística Iperu en el aeropuerto del Cusco 2016.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación se elaboró con la finalidad de conocer ¿Cuál es el nivel de calidad de servicios en la información turística en el Módulo IPERU del Aeropuerto Internacional del Cusco en los meses Junio y Julio 2016? Así mismo el principal oobjetivo fue identificar el nivel de calidad de servicios en la información turística en el Módulo IPERU del Aeropuerto Internacional del Cusco en los meses Junio y Julio 2016. La metodología utilizada en la investigación es de tipo cuantitativo, descriptivo para lo cual se realizaron encuestas a los turistas que visitan el módulo de atención turística IPERU En los meses de Junio – Julio 2016, donde se seleccionó una muestra representativa de 85 turistas de un total de población de 750 turistas con un nivel de confianza del 95% Resultados: Se consideraron 85 encuestas, de las cuales el 51% fueron turistas de sexo femenino y 49% masculino, con respecto a Edad de los turistas el 32.9% de los encuestados están en el rango de 36 -45 años. Con respecto a la Calidad de servicio, podemos apreciar que, el 52.9% de los encuestados indicaron que este fue regular y el 4.7% manifestó que fue malo. En conclusión este objetivo se cumplió, identificando que el nivel de calidad de los servicios de información turística en el Módulo IPERU en el Aeropuerto Internacional del Cusco en los meses Junio y Julio 2016, es “Regular”
