dc.description.abstractAportando una alternativa al conocimiento jurídico y social, se pone a consideración la tesis universitaria intitulada: “CONVENIENCIA DE ADOPTAR EL RÉGIMEN FUNDIARIO EN EL SISTEMA DE DOMINIO MINERO EN EL PERÚ”, la cual está enfocada dentro de los parámetros de una investigación de tipo cualitativo, puesto que realizaremos un análisis del problema planteado en nuestra legislación, para posteriormente plantear una alternativa de solución a dicho problema. Esta investigación está estructurada en tres capítulos: El primero referente al problema de investigación, el mismo que aborda el planteamiento, la formulación del problema, objetivos, justificación, metodología aplicada al estudio donde se observa el diseño metodológico, las técnicas e instrumentos de recolección de datos y finalmente este capítulo concluye con la hipótesis de trabajo y categorías de estudio; consecuentemente a ello se encuentra el capítulo segundo concerniente al desarrollo temático, que a la vez está divido en subcapítulos, donde se despliegan los siguientes temas: El sistema de dominio minero, el régimen fundiario, los conflictos sociales mineros en el sistema Peruano y por último la adopción del régimen fundiario en el Perú. El capítulo tercero comprende los resultados de estudio, análisis de los hallazgos y discusión y contratación teórica de los hallazgos. Por último se consigna las conclusiones y recomendaciones del estudio, así como las referencias bibliográficas consultadas y los anexos.es_PE
dc.description.abstractProviding an alternative to legal and social knowledge, the university thesis entitled: “CONVENIENCE OF ADOPTING THE FUNDIARY REGIME IN THE MINING DOMAIN SYSTEM IN PERU“, which is focused within the parameters of a qualitative research , since we will carry out an analysis of the problem raised in our legislation, in order to propose an alternative solution to this problem. This research is structured in three chapters: The first one refers to the research problem, which addresses the approach, the formulation of the problem, objectives, justification, methodology applied to the study where methodological design is observed, techniques and instruments of collection of data and finally this chapter concludes with the working hypothesis and categories of study; consequently, the second chapter concerning thematic development, which is also divided intosubchapters, includes the following themes: The system of mining domain, the land regime, social conflicts in the Peruvian system and lastly the adoption of the land regime in Peru. The third chapter includes the results of study, analysis of the findings and discussion and theoretical contracting of the findings. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations of the study, as well as the bibliographical references consulted and the annexes are included.en_US
