Motivación laboral en relación con la satisfacción laboral en las enfermeras (os) del Hospital Alfredo Callo Rodríguez de Sicuani, Canchis, Cusco-2017.

Abstract

La investigación: “MOTIVACIÓN LABORAL EN RELACIÓN CON LA SATISFACCIÓN LABORAL EN LAS ENFERMERAS (OS) DEL HOSPITAL ALFREDO CALLO RODRÍGUEZ DE SICUANI, CANCHIS, CUSCO- 2017” Tiene como objetivo: Identificar la motivación laboral y su relación con satisfacción laboral de las enfermeras (os) del Hospital Alfredo Callo Rodríguez de Sicuani, Canchis - Cusco -2017, el diseño fue de tipo descriptivo, transversal y correlacional, con una muestra de 71 profesionales de enfermería. La técnica utilizada fue la entrevista y el instrumento fue un cuestionario. RESULTADOS: Más de la mitad de los profesionales de enfermería son menores de 30 años, 99% son de sexo femenino sólo 23% son profesionales solteros, el 100% tienen turnos rotatorios, 68% son nombrados y sólo 32% son profesionales contratados. Respecto a la satisfacción laboral en su dimensión ambiente físico 34% se sienten algo insatisfecho, y solo 3% se siente muy satisfecho, respecto a la supervisión recibida 40% se sienten algo satisfechos con la supervisión que reciben, y solo 3% son profesionales que se sienten muy satisfechos. En lo que respecta a las prestaciones recibidas 35% se sienten bastante insatisfechos y solo 1% se sienten muy satisfechos, en conclusión la satisfacción laboral del profesional de enfermería se siente 35% algo satisfechos, 13% se sienten bastante insatisfechos y solo 2% se sienten muy satisfechos. En lo que respecta a la motivación laboral 29% se sienten algo motivados, 13% se sienten bastante motivados y sólo 6% se sienten muy motivados. Por último se concluye que existe relación significativa (p=0.002) entre la satisfacción laboral y la motivación laboral.
