La logística en las compras menores a 8 unidades impositivas tributarias de la Dirección Regional Agraria Apurimas en el primer semestre del periodo 2016.

Abstract

El presente trabajo se realizó para poder describir el proceso de compras menores a 8 Unidades Impositivas Tributarias en la Dirección Regional Agraria Apurímac en cuanto a los montos y el tiempo en el que se realizan las mismas que son muy importantes para poder cumplir con las necesidades de las diferentes áreas existentes en la entidad antes mencionada. Este trabajo se realizó dentro del área de logística para poder medir los tiempos y montos de las compras realizadas por dicha área, ya que esta es el área encargada de realizar las compras. En este trabajo se hicieron estudios sobre expedientes de las compras realizas por el área de logística, plasmando en cuadros y figuras los datos reales extraídos de dichos expedientes luego haciendo una interpretación sobre los resultados obtenidos. Así mismo se pudo realizar conclusiones sobre los resultados que nos muestran la descripción de expedientes de compras, detectando una serie de problemas en cuanto a tiempo en que se realizan las compras desde que se realiza el requerimiento hasta que el bien llegue al área usuaria, en dichas compras no debería tener tantos problemas que por ser montos inferiores a 8 Unidades Impositivas Tributarias debería ser más activa. Por último se realizó recomendaciones como es implementar una normativa interna en cuanto a plazo y a partir de que montos tienen que contar con documentos sustentatorios como son cotizaciones, cuadros comparativos, que son importantes que deben contener los expedientes de compras, de esta manera se pretende mejorar este tipo de compras, que permitirá a las áreas de dicha entidad permitir realizar sus trabajos de manera óptima y así poder cumplir con los objetivos programados para el periodo 2016.(Elaboración propia)
