Falta de ética y su repercusión en la Administración Pública en el Hospital Alfredo Callo Rodríguez del distrito de Sicuani – Canchis, Cusco - 2017-2019

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación intitulado “Falta de ética y su repercusión en la administración pública en el hospital Alfredo Callo Rodríguez del distrito de Sicuani – Canchis, Cusco - 2017-2019”, se desarrolla a fin de evaluar como la falta de ética repercute en la administración, el problema del trabajo de investigación fue ¿De qué manera la falta de ética de los trabadores repercute en la administración eficiente del Hospital Alfredo Callo Rodríguez del distrito de Sicuani – Canchis, Cusco - 2017-2019? y como objetivo principal Determinar de qué manera la falta de ética de los trabajadores repercute en la administración pública del Hospital Alfredo Callo Rodríguez del distrito de Sicuani – Canchis, Cusco – 2017-2019, El trabajo de investigación tiene como hipótesis general que La falta de ética así como también de los principios y observancia de los deberes y obligaciones de los servidores del hospital repercute de manera significativa en la buena administración de dicho establecimiento de salud del distrito de Sicuani - Canchis, Cusco - 2017-2019. El método de la investigación fue descriptivo, diseño no experimental, enfoque cuantitativo, en esta investigación se tomó a la población de estudio un total 266 trabajadores del Hospital Alfredo Callo Rodríguez del distrito de Sicuani – Canchis, la muestra fue no probabilística por conveniencia por lo tanto fue conformada por 100 trabajadores de la administración pública del Hospital Alfredo Callo Rodríguez, se usó la técnica de la encuesta y observación, los instrumentos de cuestionario y ficha de observación con el cual se llegó los resultados:

The research method was descriptive, non-experimental design, qualitative approach, in this investigation a total of 266 workers were taken from the Alfredo Callo Rodríguez Hospital of the Sicuani - Canchis district, the sample was not probabilistic for convenience.
