La investigación tuvo por objetivo general determinar el grado de relación entre la gestión
de riesgo y la cartera morosa en la Caja Municipal de Ahorro y Crédito Cusco en el año
2020. Este estudio se caracterizó por ser de alcance descriptivo correlacional, basado bajo
los fundamentos del enfoque cuantitativo; el diseño de la investigación fue no experimental
que estuvo compuesto por 245 analistas de crédito con un tamaño de muestra de 150
analistas, la técnica de recolección de datos fue la encuesta que fue aplicada de manera
presencial a los sujetos de estudio. En las conclusiones se demostró que la gestión de riesgo
de crédito dentro de la Caja Municipal de Ahorro y Crédito Cusco es alto según la percepción
del 60%, asimismo la cartera morosa de esta entidad es media según el 54% de los analistas
de crédito; asimismo se logró determinar que las dimensiones de gestión de riesgo como:
Principio, marco referencial, proceso y control eficaz tienen una relación significativa con
la variable cartera morosa, haciendo que la significancia entre todos es 0,000, lo que es
menos a p>0,05. Concluyendo así que la variable gestión de riesgo de crédito y la cartera
morosa poseen una relación significativa entre sí, a su vez la relación entre ambas se da de
manera positiva moderada con un valor de Rho de Spearman de 0,672. The general objective of the research was to determine the degree of relationship between
risk management and the delinquent portfolio in the Municipal Savings and Credit Fund
Cusco in the year 2020. This study was characterized by being descriptive in scope, based
on the foundations of the quantitative approach; The research design was non-experimental
and was made up of 245 credit analysts with a sample size of 150 analysts. The data
collection technique was the survey that was applied in person to the study subjects. In the
conclusions, it was shown that credit risk management within the Cusco Municipal Savings
and Credit Fund is good according to the perception of 60%, likewise the delinquent
portfolio of this entity is average according to 54% of credit analysts; Likewise, it was
possible to determine that the dimensions of risk management such as: Principle, referential
framework, process and effective control have a significant relationship with the nonperforming
portfolio

delinquent portfolio have a significant relationship with each other, in turn the relationship
