Trabajo infantil y el derecho a la educación en niños y adolescentes en el mercado de Huancaro del distrito de Santiago, periodo 2022

Abstract

El presente estudio “TRABAJO INFANTIL Y EL DERECHO A LA EDUCACIÓN EN NIÑOS Y ADOLESCENTES EN EL MERCADO HUANCARO DEL DISTRITO DE SANTIAGO, PERIODO 2022”, tiene como objetivo determinar de qué manera, el trabajo infantil vulnera el derecho a la educación de niños y adolescentes que trabajan en el mercado de Huancaro del distrito de Santiago-Cusco, 2022. El método fue de tipo básica con diseño explicativo en la que se consideró a 10 niños, niñas y adolescentes que trabajan en el mercado de Huancaro, 10 padres de familia que trabajan en el mercado de Huancaro, 10 consumidores del mercado de Huancaro, 01 trabajador del Ministerio de Educación.

The present study "CHILD LABOR AND THE RIGHT TO EDUCATION IN CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS IN THE HUANCARO MARKET OF THE DISTRICT OF SANTIAGO, PERIOD 2022", the objective of this study is to determine how child labor violates the right to education of children and adolescents working in the Huancaro market of the district of Santiago-Cusco, 2022. The method was of basic type with explanatory design in which 10 children and adolescents working in the Huancaro market, 10 parents working in the Huancaro market, 10 consumers of the Huancaro market, 01 worker of the Ministry of Education were considered.
