Análisis de la actividad turística y la percepción del poblador del distrito de Pomacanchi provincia de Acomayo, región del Cusco, 2020

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación intitulado “Análisis de la actividad turística y la percepción del poblador del distrito de Pomacanchi, provincia de Acomayo, Cusco 2020” tuvo como objetivo analizar la actividad turística y la influencia en la percepción del poblador del distrito de Pomacanchi, provincia de Acomayo, Cusco 2020. Para lo cual se realizó una investigación explicativa y cuantitativa, la población de estudio conformado por 7,768 turistas, con una muestra de 366 pobladores, la técnica que se utilizo fue la encuesta y documental, con instrumento del cuestionario que presenta una fiabilidad del alfa de Cronbach de 0,844 y el análisis documental. Obteniendo como resultados que, respecto a la primera variable, el 78.1% de los pobladores encuestados indican que hubo un nivel medio de actividad turística en el distrito de Pomacanchi, indicando que la actividad turística fue mesurada, y necesita mayor impulso y promoción. Por otro lado, respecto a la segunda variable del estudio percepción del poblador, se obtuvo que el 61,2% de los pobladores tiene una alta percepción sobre la actividad turística, por lo que los pobladores consideran que se tiene los recursos y atributos necesarios para desarrollar las actividades turísticas. En tal sentido, se confirma que mientras exista un apoyo por parte de las autoridades y un compromiso de los pobladores, se puede explotar y potenciar la actividad turística de la localidad, produciendo ingresos económicos en beneficio de la comunidad. Por último, se concluye que, existe relación entre la actividad turística y la percepción del poblador, debido a que el valor de significancia fue igual a 0, (< 0.05), por lo que se acepta la hipótesis alterna y da a entender que existe una relación entre ambas variables. Esto quiere decir que la actividad turística en dicha localidad influye significativamente en la percepción del poblador del distrito de Pomacanchi.

The present research work entitled "Analysis of tourist activity and the perception of the resident of the district of Pomacanchi, province of Acomayo, Cusco 2020" aimed to analyze the tourist activity and the influence on the perception of the resident of the district of Pomacanchi, province of Acomayo, Cusco 2020. For which an explanatory and quantitative investigation was carried out, the study population made up of 7,768 tourists, with a sample of 366 residents, the technique used was the survey and documentary, with an instrument of questionnaire that presents a reliability of Cronbach's alpha of 0.844 and documentary analysis. Obtaining as results that, with respect to the first variable, 78.1% of the surveyed residents indicate that there was an average level of tourist activity in the district of Pomacanchi, indicating that the tourist activity was measured, and needs greater impulse and promotion. On the other hand, regarding the second variable of the population perception study, it was found that 61.2% of the population have a high perception of the tourist activity, so the population considers that they have the necessary resources and attributes to develop tourism activities. In this sense, it is confirmed that if there is support from the authorities and a commitment from the inhabitants, the tourist activity of the town can be exploited and promoted, producing economic income for the benefit of the community. Finally, it is concluded that there is a relationship between the tourist activity and the perception of the population because the value of significance was equal to 0, (< 0.05), for which the alternative hypothesis is accepted and implies that there is a relationship between the two variables. This means that the tourist activity in said locality significantly influences the perception of the resident of the Pomacanchi district.
