Como objetivo en la investigación es sobre determinar de qué manera el clima laboral
influye en la calidad de servicio turístico de los colaboradores del servicio a bordo de la
empresa INCARAIL S.A, Cusco – 2022, donde se utilizó una metodología de acuerdo al
alcance, siendo correlacional de diseño no experimental, donde 40 trabajadores corresponde a
la muestra y población de la investigación, aplicando como técnica la encuesta, y de
instrumento un cuestionario, una vez aplicado el instrumento se procedió a realizar el
procesamiento mediante el SPSS V24 donde se obtuvieron tablas y figuras. Teniendo como
conclusión el clima laboral se relaciona con la calidad de servicio a bordo evidenciando en la
prueba de chi- cuadrado siendo de 𝑝 = 0.000 < 0.05 así como se logró determinar con el grado
de correlación de Pearson siendo 0.899, donde el 70.3% de los colaboradores consideran que
casi nunca se desarrolla un clima laboral adecuado afectando a la calidad de servicio turístico
