Nivel de satisfacción laboral y su relación con la calidad de vida del profesional de enfermería en la Micro Red Calca, Cusco - 2023

El presente estudio titulado: “NIVEL DE SATISFACCIÓN LABORAL Y SU RELACIÓN
CON LA CALIDAD DE VIDA DEL PROFESIONAL DE ENFERMERÍA EN LA MICRO
RED CALCA, CUSCO - 2023” tuvo como objetivo Determinar el nivel de satisfacción
laboral y su relación con la calidad de vida del profesional de Enfermería en la Micro Red
Calca, Cusco - 2023. La población muestral estuvo conformada por 56 profesionales de
enfermeria, la metodología fue de alcance descriptiva, transversal y correlacional la técnica
para la obtención de información fue la encuesta.
Resultados: sobre las características generales el 55.4% tienen de 31 – 40 años de edad y
10.7% tienen más de 51 años de edad, el 87.5% es de sexo femenino y 12.5% masculino,
seguido de la remuneracion mensual es 44.6% percibe menos de 2500.00 soles mensuales y
10.7 % recibe remuneración mayor de 4000.00 soles, en cuanto al grado académico el 75.0%
es bachiller de enfermeria y el 1.8% doctorado, respecto al tiempo de servicio el 58.9% tiene
de 1 – 5 años y 10.7% de 16 – 20 años de servicio, finalmente el 64.3% tiene la condición
laboral de contrato administrativa de servicio (CAS) y 10.7% continuando laborando como
locación de Servicios (RH). En cuanto al nivel de satisfaccion 53.6% está insatisfecho, 44.6%
satisfecho y 1.8% muy satisfecho. Respecto a la calidad de vida 46.4% tiene una calidad de
vida media, seguido del 41.1% baja y 12.5% alta. En cuanto a la relación entre satisfaccion
laboral y calidad de vida muestra que 91.3% de los profesionales de enfermeria presenta
insatisfecho laboral con una calidad de vida media y 26.9% tiene insatisfacción laboral y una
calidad de vida alta, respecto al profesional de enfermeria que está satisfecho en un 73.1% tiene
una calidad de vida media y 57.1% está satisfecho laboralmente con una calidad de vida baja,
finalmente el observa que 14.3% está muy satisfecho laboralmente con una calidad de vida
media.
Conclusiones: Al aplicar el coeficiente de rho de Spearman el p=0,000<0,005 por lo tanto
se acepta la hipótesis alternativa y se niega la hipótesis nula donde existe relación
significativa entre la satisfaccion laboral y la calidad de vida del profesional de enfermeria
en la Micro Red de servicios de salud Calca, Cusco - 2023. The present study entitled: "LEVEL OF JOB SATISFACTION AND ITS RELATIONSHIP
WITH THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF THE NURSING PROFESSIONAL IN THE MICRO
NETWORK CALCA, CUSCO - 2023" had the objective of determining the level of job
satisfaction and its relationship with the quality of life of the nursing professional in the
Micro Network Calca, Cusco - 2023. The sample population consisted of 56 nursing
professionals, the methodology was descriptive, cross-sectional and correlational, the
technique for obtaining information was the survey.
Results: on the general characteristics 55.4% are between 31 - 40 years old and 10.7% are
over 51 years old, 87.5% are female and 12.5% male, followed by the monthly remuneration
is 44.6% receive less than 2500.00 soles per month and 10.7% receive remuneration over
4000.00 soles, as for the academic degree 75.0% have a bachelor's degree in nursing and
1.8% have a doctorate. Regarding the time of service 58.9% have 1 - 5 years and 10.7% have
16 - 20 years of service, finally 64.3% have the labor condition of administrative service
contract (CAS) and 10.7% continue to work as a service contract (RH). Regarding the level
of satisfaction, 53.6% are dissatisfied, 44.6% are satisfied and 1.8% are very satisfied.
Regarding quality of life, 46.4% have a medium quality of life, followed by 41.1% low and
12.5% high. The relationship between job satisfaction and quality of life shows that 91.3%
of the nursing professionals are job dissatisfied with a medium quality of life and 26.9% are
job dissatisfied with a high quality of life, while 73.1% of the nursing professionals are
satisfied with a medium quality of life and 57.1% are job satisfied with a low quality of life.
Finally, 14.3% are very job satisfied with a medium quality of life.
Conclusions: When applying the Spearman's rho coefficient the p=0.000<0.005 therefore
the alternative hypothesis is accepted and the null hypothesis is denied where there is
significant relationship between job satisfaction and quality of life of the nursing
professional in the Micro Network of health services Calca, Cusco - 2023.
