Estrés ocupacional y su relación con el desempeño laboral del personal de Centro Quirúrgico del Hospital Alfredo Callo Rodríguez de Sicuani - Cusco, periodo 2021

El presente trabajo de investigación titulado “ESTRÉS OCUPACIONAL Y SU
RELACIÓN CON EL DESEMPEÑO DEL PERSONAL DE CENTRO
QUIRÚRGICO DEL HOSPITAL ALFREDO CALLO RODRÍGUEZ DE
SICUANI – CUSCO 2021”. Objetivo: Determinar la relación entre el estrés ocupacional
y el desempeño laboral del personal del centro quirúrgico del hospital Alfredo Callo
Rodríguez de Sicuani – Cusco 2021. Metodología: De diseño no experimental, corte
transversal, descriptivo y correlacional, la muestra estuvo constituida por 47 profesionales
de la salud, quienes cumplieron con los criterios de inclusión. La técnica utilizada fue la
encuesta y el instrumento el cuestionario.
Resultados: En las dimensiones del Estrés ocupacional; 55% presento estrés medio en la
dimensión de agotamiento emocional, 44% estrés leve en la dimensión de
despersonalización, 51% estrés leve en la dimensión de realización personal, el nivel de
estrés ocupacional, 51% presento estrés leve y 9% alto. En las dimensiones de desempeño
laboral; 79% desempeño laboral excelente en la dimensión de desempeño académico,
74% desempeño laboral excelente en la dimensión de laboral, 47% desempeño laboral
excelente en la dimensión de desempeño investigativo. en la variable desempeño laboral
81% excelente y 19% bueno. A la prueba de hipótesis la correlación obtenida de acuerdo
al análisis estadístico de Rho de Spearman obtuvo una relación inversa de -0.740 por lo
que se puede afirmar que, a menor estrés laboral, mejor será el desempeño laboral, por lo
que la hipótesis planteada es aceptada. The present research work entitled "OCCUPATIONAL STRESS AND ITS
RELATIONSHIP WITH THE PERFORMANCE OF THE STAFF OF THE
SURGICAL CENTER STAFF OF THE HOSPITAL ALFREDO CALLO
RODRÍGUEZ DE SICUANI - CUSCO 2021". Objective: To determine the
relationship between occupational stress and work performance of the staff of the surgical
center of the hospital Alfredo Callo Rodríguez de Sicuani - Cusco 2021. Methodology:
Non-experimental design, cross-sectional, descriptive and correlational, the sample
consisted of 47 health professionals who met the inclusion criteria. The technique used
was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire.
Results: In the dimensions of occupational stress, 55% presented medium stress in the
emotional exhaustion dimension, 44% mild stress in the depersonalization dimension,
51% mild stress in the self-fulfillment dimension, 51% presented mild stress and 9% high
stress. In the work performance dimensions; 79% excellent work performance in the
academic performance dimension, 74% excellent work performance in the labor
dimension, 47% excellent work performance in the research performance dimension. in
the work performance variable 81% excellent and 19% good. In the hypothesis test, the
correlation obtained according to the statistical analysis of Spearman's Rho obtained an
inverse relationship of -0.740, so it can be affirmed that the lower the occupational stress,
the better the occupational performance, so the hypothesis is accepted.
