así como las decisiones financieras en su gestión que afectan su rentabilidad en el periodo 2020;
The research sought to analyze and describe if the collaborators of the Universidad Andina del
Cusco know the situation and the contingent nature of the compensation for time of service and
the subsequent profitability of the deposits in their favor made by the employer in compliance with
what is regulated by law. ; The objective of the present investigation was to determine the
knowledge of its adequate liquidation by the collaborators of the Universidad Andina as well as
the financial decisions in its management that affect its profitability in the 2020 period; It is a basic
type of research with a quantitative approach of a non-experimental design and descriptive scope,
taking as a population ninety-two administrative workers as appointed of the entity under study,
having had a sample of seventy-five cases; The results show that there is a timely and adequate
compliance by the employer of the deposit of this social benefit, however the collaborators do not
have information and training that allows them an adequate financial management of the same,
evaluating the offer of depositories, type of currency, rates offered and others in relation to them,
the consequences of making partial or total withdrawals for various purposes in the social and
labor future are not evaluated; it is established that there is inadequate knowledge of the
remunerative nature of the economic remuneration with effect on the determination and settlement
of this social benefit, therefore the semi-annual settlements made are not verified, which could
affect them; On the other hand, it was established that the collaborators do not have a financial
culture nor do they have advice to choose the institution and deposit currency that pays them best,
since the highest yield has been close to 11% and the lowest at 0.52%, which shows that training
and advice is necessary to achieve a better profitability of their deposits.
