dc.description.abstract | Introducción: La etapa del embarazo y el postparto son etapas de cambios y adaptación
fisiológica. El mundo se ha visto muy afectado debido al desarrollo de la infección por
SARS - CoV – 2, la pandemia podría afectar la salud mental de las gestantes después del
parto.
Objetivo: Evaluar el impacto psicológico de la emergencia sanitaria por la infección por
SARS -Cov-2 en la aparición de depresión posparto.
Resultado: Se analizaron un total de 157 gestantes, de los cuales 61 fueron COVID-19
positivas y 96 COVID-19 negativas. En el estudio se evidenció que la infección por
SARS-Cov-2 no tuvo un nivel de asociación representativo con la depresión posparto,
con un P=0.757 (P > 0.05) lo que indica que no existe relación directa entre la infección
por SARS - CoV-2 en el embarazo y la Depresión Posparto en la Unidad Ejecutora 410
Hospital de Quillabamba - 2022.
Conclusiones: Se encontró en nuestro estudio que la infección por Sarv-Cov-2 durante
el embarazo no tuvo un impacto adicional significativo para desarrollar depresión

dc.description.abstract | Introduction: The stage of pregnancy and postpartum are periods of changes and
physiological adaptation. The world has been greatly affected due to the development of
the SARS - Cov - 2 infection, the pandemic could affect the mental health of pregnant
women after childbirth.
Objective: To evaluate the psychological impact of the health emergency due to Sars-
Cov-2 infection on the appearance of postpartum depression.
Result: A total of 157 pregnant women were analyzed, of which 61 were COVID-19
positive and 96 COVID-19 negative. The study showed that SARS-Cov-2 infection did
not have a representative level of association with postpartum depression, with P=0.757
(P > 0.05), which indicates that there is no direct relationship between SARS CoV
infection -2 in pregnancy and Postpartum Depression in the Executive Unit 410 Hospital
de Quillabamba - 2022.
Conclusions: It was found in our study that Sarv-Cov-2 infection during pregnancy did
