Eficacia de las actas de conciliación sobre alimentos, tenencia y régimen de visitas celebradas en la municipalidad distrital de taray (DEMUNA) a fin de proteger el principio del interés superior del niño y adolescente contemplado en el Artículo IX del T. P. del C. N. A. durante el periodo agosto 2020 – marzo 2021.

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar si son eficaces las actas de conciliación sobre alimentos, tenencia y régimen de visitas celebradas en la DEMUNA de la Municipalidad distrital de Taray a fin de proteger el interés superior del niño y adolescente, ubicado en el artículo IX del Título Preliminar del Código de Niños y adolescentes comprendido en el periodo (agosto 2020 - marzo 2021), con la finalidad de que las actas de conciliación en materia de alimentos, tenencia y régimen de visitas celebradas en la DEMUNA de Taray puedan llegar a ser más efectivas y eficaces cumpliendo no solo su finalidad, sino que de esta manera puedan ayudar a contribuir en la protección del interés superior del niño. El tipo de investigación realizada es básica aplicada de nivel correlacional con enfoque cuantitativo, cuya población de estudio estuvo conformada por el personal que labora en la DEMUNA de la Municipalidad Distrital de Taray, sus beneficiarios y las actas de conciliación como tales, lo que permitió contrastar y corroborar las hipótesis planteadas a la realidad aplicada, evidenciándose que existe un nivel de eficacia medio con relación a la efectividad de las actas de conciliación sobre alimentos, tenencia y régimen de visitas celebradas en la DEMUNA de la Municipalidad distrital de Taray a fin de proteger el interés superior del niño y adolescente durante el periodo (agosto 2020 - marzo 2021).

The objective of this research work was to determine if the conciliation acts on food, possession and visitation regime held in the DEMUNA of the District Municipality of Taray are effective in order to protect the best interests of the child and adolescent, contemplated in the article IX of the Preliminary Title of the Children and Adolescents Code during the period (August 2020 - March 2021), in order that the conciliation acts in matters of food, possession and visitation held in the DEMUNA of Taray can become more effective and efficient fulfilling not only its purpose, but in this way they can help to contribute to the protection of the best interests of the child. The type of research carried out is basic applied at the correlational level with a quantitative approach, whose study population was made up of the personnel who work in the DEMUNA of the District Municipality of Taray, its beneficiaries and the conciliation acts as such, which allowed to contrast and corroborate the hypotheses raised to the applied reality, evidencing that there is a medium level of efficiency in relation to the effectiveness of the conciliation acts on food, possession and visiting regime held in the DEMUNA of the District Municipality of Taray in order to protect the best interests of the child and adolescent during the period (August 2020 - March 2021).
