Gestión de stock y la liquidez en la empresa representaciones FC LAZO´S S.R.L., Sicuani, Canchis – 2019

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación titulado “GESTIÓN DE STOCK Y LA LIQUIDEZ EN LA EMPRESA REPRESENTACIONES FC LAZO´S S.R.L., SICUANI, CANCHIS – 2019”, tiene como problema general ¿Cómo es la gestión de stock y la liquidez en la empresa Representaciones FC LAZO´S S.R.L., Sicuani, Canchis - 2019? y como objetivo general, Analizar la gestión de stock y la liquidez en la empresa Representaciones FC LAZO´S S.R.L., Sicuani, Canchis - 2019. Las características metodológicas utilizadas son de tipo de investigación básica con un enfoque cuantitativo, con alcance descriptivo, en la presente investigación no necesariamente se tiene que demostrar la hipótesis debido a que tiene un alcance eminentemente descriptivo. Encontrando así el problema que la empresa no tiene un adecuado control de stock y liquidez, el análisis de los resultados obtenidos permitió llegar a la siguiente conclusión: en la Gestión de Stock de la empresa REPRESENTACIONES FC LAZO’S SRL varias de las actividades de gestión de stock lo realiza de una forma empírica a pesar que la empresa ha tenido un crecimiento en estos últimos años, posicionándose como uno de los primeros supermercados en el distrito de Sicuani como se puede apreciar tanto en el análisis documental y los resultados de las encuestas, el nivel de gestión de stock y liquidez se tiene resultados positivos, según la tabla 15 se puede apreciar un resultado que la gestión de stock en la empresa REPRESENTACIONES FC LAZO’S S.R.L. es moderada con un resultado promedio de las dimensiones del 60%, este resultado obedece a una verificación documentaria y física y esto corroborado por los resultados de las encuestas se tiene un resultado de la gestión de stock regular un 50%, seguido de un 33,33% gestión de stock malo y un 16,7% una gestión de stock mala, de acuerdo a los resultados presentados se puede indicar que los trabajadores conocen las mercaderías pero no en su totalidad, existe un stock de seguridad pero este no es determinado técnicamente además anticipan las compras de productos de temporada, los productos están ordenados pero este orden no atiende a un objetivo técnico, una limpieza óptima y otros que son administrados en forma empírica pero que hasta la fecha les viene funcionando, además cuenta con liquidez suficiente para poder afrontar sus deudas a mediano plazo.

Finding the problem that the company does not have an adequate control of stock and liquidity, the analysis of the results obtained allowed reaching the following conclusion: the Stock Management of the company REPRESENTACIONES FC LAZO'S SRL several of the stock management activities carried out in an empirical way despite the fact that the company has grown in recent years, positioning itself as one of the first supermarkets in the Sicuani district, as can be seen both in the documentary analysis and the results of the management level surveys. of stock and liquidity has positive results, according to table 15 a result can be seen that the management of stock in the Company REPRESENTACIONES FC LAZO'S S.R.L. is moderate with an average result of the dimensions of 60%, this result is due to a documentary and physical verification and this is corroborated by the results of the surveys, there is a result of regular stock management of 50%, followed by 33, 33% bad stock management and 16.7% bad stock management, according to the results presented it can be indicated that the workers know the merchandise but not in its entirety, there is a safety stock but this is not technically determined In addition, they anticipate the purchases of seasonal products, the products are ordered but this order does not meet a technical objective, optimal cleaning and others that are administered empirically but that to date have been working for them, and also have sufficient liquidity to be able to face their debts in the medium term.
