El presente estudio “MEDIDAS DE CONTROL DE CALIDAD E INOCUIDAD
ALIMENTARIA Y SU INCIDENCIA EN EL DERECHO FUNDAMENTAL A LA
SALUD DE LOS CONSUMIDORES EN EL MERCADO DE ABASTO ZONAL TICA
TICA DE LA PROVINCIA DE CUSCO EN TIEMPO DE PANDEMIA PERIODO
2020-2021”, tiene como objetivo determinar de qué manera las medidas de control de calidad
e inocuidad alimentaria inciden en el derecho fundamental a la salud de los consumidores en
el mercado de abasto zonal Tica Tica de la provincia de Cusco en tiempo de pandemia
periodo 2020-2021. El método fue de tipo baica, con diseño explicativo en la que se
consideró a 55 consumidores del mercado de abasto zonal Tica Tica, funcionarios de la
Subgerencia de Comercio Industrial y Artesanía de la Municipalidad Provincial del Cusco, 01
trabajador de la dirección de fiscalización de DIGESA, 01 trabajador de COMPIAL de
DIGESA, 01 trabajador de SENASA y 01 trabajador de MINSA. The present study "FOOD QUALITY AND SAFETY CONTROL MEASURES AND
THEIR IMPACT ON THE FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT TO HEALTH OF CONSUMERS IN
THE TICA TICA ZONAL SUPPLY MARKET OF THE PROVINCE OF CUSCO DURING
THE PANDEMIC PERIOD 2020-2021", the objective of this study is to determine how the
quality control and food safety measures affect the fundamental right to health of consumers
in the Tica Tica zonal supply market in the province of Cusco during the period 2020-2021
pandemic. The method was of the baica type, with explanatory design in which 55 consumers
of the Tica Tica zonal supply market, officials of the Sub-management of Industrial
Commerce and Handicrafts of the Provincial Municipality of Cusco, 01 worker of the
direction of inspection of DIGESA, 01 worker of COMPIAL of DIGESA, 01 worker of
SENASA and 01 worker of MINSA were considered.
