Nivel de conocimiento y prácticas sobre anemia en madres de niños menores de 5 años que acuden al puesto de salud La Joya Madre de Dios 2022

Abstract

Estudio titulado: “NIVEL DE CONOCIMIENTO Y PRÁCTICAS SOBRE ANEMIA EN MADRES DE NIÑOS MENORES DE 5 AÑOS QUE ACUDEN AL PUESTO DE SALUD LA JOYA MADRE DE DIOS 2022” tuvo como objetivo determinar el nivel de conocimiento y prácticas sobre la prevención anemia en madres de niños menores de 5 años que acuden al Puesto de salud La Joya Madre de Dios -2022. La metodología fue de alcance descriptiva, no experimental de tipo transversal, la muestra estuvo conformado por 74 madres de niños menores de 5 años, la técnica usada fue la encuesta y el instrumento un cuestionario estructurado en base a objetivos y variables. Los resultados mostraron que el 37,8% se encuentran entre los 26 a 35 años de edad, 55,4% tienen un grado de instrucción secundario; 67,6% tienen trabajo independiente; 48,6% tiene de 3 a 4 hijos, 87,8% son madres que dominan el castellano y 70,3% son convivientes. En cuanto al nivel de conocimiento sobre la anemia 77% tiene conocimiento bueno, 21,6% regular, y 1,4% malo. En la práctica sobre la prevención de la anemia 73,9% tiene una práctica regular, 25,7% buena, y 1,4% mala.

The study entitled: "LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE AND PRACTICES ABOUT ANEMIA IN MOTHERS OF CHILDREN UNDER 5 YEARS OF AGE ATTENDING THE HEALTH POST LA JOYA MADRE DE DIOS 2022" had the objective of determining the level of knowledge and practices about anemia prevention in mothers of children under 5 years of age attending the Health Post La Joya Madre de Dios -2022. The methodology was descriptive, nonexperimental, cross-sectional, the sample consisted of 74 mothers of children

under 5 years of age, the technique used was the survey and the instrument

was a structured questionnaire based on objectives and variables. The results showed that 37.8% were between 26 and 35 years of age, 55.4% had a high school education, 67.6% were self-employed, 48.6% had 3 to 4 children, 87.8% were mothers who were fluent in Spanish and 70.3% were cohabitants. As for the level of knowledge about anemia, 77% have good knowledge, 21.6% have fair knowledge, and 1.4% have poor knowledge. In the practice of anemia prevention, 73.9% have a regular practice, 25.7% good, and 1.4% bad.
