Nivel de ansiedad según la escala de ansiedad preoperatoria y de información de Ámsterdam en pacientes prequirúrgicos en el Hospital Regional Cusco, 2017

Abstract

Tuvo como objetivo determinar el nivel de ansiedad preoperatoria y de información según la escala de Ámsterdam en pacientes pre quirúrgicos en el Hospital Regional. Cusco, 2017. Aplicando un diseño no experimental, de tipo descriptivo y transversal, la población fue de 128 pacientes programados para cirugía del servicio Cirugía A y B. Encontrando los resultados: el 33.30% de pacientes pre quirúrgicos tiene de 50 a 59 años; 59.40% era de sexo femenino; 62.50% son pacientes que proceden de provincias del Cusco; 41.70% tiene un nivel educativo de secundaria; 94.80% manifiesta que es de religión católica; el 61.50% refiere que no tienen antecedentes de intervención quirúrgica; 100% de pacientes son programados y tuvieron cirugía mayor; el 40.60% de pacientes tuvo riesgo II ASA; 66.70% de pacientes tuvo una indicación de anestesia general. Según la escala de Ámsterdam el 71.90% indica que tiene poca inquietud con respecto a la anestesia, 57.30% indica que tienen poco pensamiento continuo sobre la anestesia, 47.90% de pacientes presenta bastante inquietud respecto a la intervención, 46.90% de pacientes tienen poco pensamiento respecto a la intervención, en forma global el 76% de pacientes presenta ansiedad y 24% no presenta ansiedad. El 44.80% de pacientes indica poca necesidad de recibir información respecto a la anestesia, el 51% de pacientes tiene poca necesidad de recibir información, en forma global el 61.50% de pacientes requiere información.

By applying a non-experimental design, descriptive and transversal type, the population was 128 patients scheduled for surgery the surgery A and B. service. Finding the results: the 33.30% of patients pre surgical has 50 to 59 years; 59.40% were female; 62.50% are patients who come from the provinces of Cusco; 41.70% have an education level of secondary; 94.80% manifest which is of Catholic religion; the 61.50% means that they have no history of surgery; 100% of patients are scheduled and had major surgery; the 40.60% of patients had risk ASA II; 66,70% of patients had an indication of general anesthesia. According to the scale of Amsterdam the 71.90% indicates that it has little concern with respect to the anesthesia, 57.30% indicates that they are little continuous thinking about anesthesia, 47.90% of patients show enough concern about intervention, 46.90% of patients they have little thought regarding the intervention, globally, 76% of patients presents anxiety and 24% not present anxiety. The 44.80% of patients indicates little need to get information about the anesthesia, 51% of patients have little need to receive information, on an aggregate basis the 61.50% of patients required information.
