La presente tesis intitulada “Gestión Financiera de los Recursos en las Comunidades
Locales de Administración de Salud en la Provincia de Cusco”, tiene como objetivo describir
cómo es la gestión financiera de los recursos en las Comunidades Locales de Administración
de Salud en la provincia de Cusco, periodo 2018, sin hipótesis. Se desarrolla porque las
Comunidades Locales de Administración de Salud, son órganos de cogestión constituidos
como asociaciones civiles sin fines de lucro, está integrada por representantes de la
comunidad organizada, para administrar la gestión de un puesto o centro de salud. La
metodología de tipo básica, con un enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental y alcance
descriptivo; la población y la muestra son las seis personas responsables en brindar la
información de la gestión financiera y el informe económico de cada CLAS. Los
instrumentos son guía de entrevista, cuestionario, ficha de análisis documentario y estas
fueron procesadas en la hoja de cálculo Excel. En los resultados tenemos que en la
planificación el 41.67 % indica casi siempre la asamblea general establece las necesidades
prioritarias de la Comunidades Locales de Administración de Salud, pero el 41.67 % indica
que casi nunca se programan todas las actividades del Planeamiento Estratégico Participativo
de Salud del Plan de Salud Local. En el uso de recursos 66.67 % indica que casi nunca se
ejecuta el plan de salud local porque las Comunidades Locales de Administración de Salud
de Wanchaq e Independencia no cuentan con un plan de salud local. Y como conclusión la
gestión financiera de los recursos en las Comunidades Locales de Administración de Salud
ese realiza mediante la planificación y uso de los recursos los cuales presentan limitaciones
en sus ingresos y gastos los cuales se informan a la población. The present thesis entitled “Financial Management of Resources in the Local
Communities of Health Administration in the Province of Cusco“, aims to describe how is
the financial management of resources in the Local Communities of Health Administration
in the province of Cusco period 2018, without hypotheses. It is developed because the Local
Communities of Health Administration are co-management bodies constituted as civil
associations; it is made up of representatives of the organized community, to administer the
management of a health post or center. The basic type methodology, with a quantitative
approach, non-experimental design and descriptive scope; the population and the sample are
the six people responsible for providing the financial management information and the
economic report of each CLAS. The instruments are an interview guide, a questionnaire, and
a document analysis file, and these were processed in the Excel spreadsheet. In the results,
we have that in planning 41.67 % almost always indicate the General Assembly establishes
the priority needs of the Local Health Administration Communities, but 41.67 % indicates
that almost never all the activities of the Participatory Strategic Health Planning of the Plan
are scheduled of Local Health. In the use of resources, 66.67 % indicate that the local health
plan is almost never executed because the Wanchaq and Independencia Local Health
Administration Communities do not have a local health plan. And as a conclusion, the
financial management of resources in the Local Health Administration Communities is
carried out through the planning and use of resources, which present limitations in their
income and expenses, which are reported to the population.
